Do not move here they are fucking terrible. I have lived here with a rat infestation for a year now and it has not been addressed. And they dismiss every concern I have ever brought to them

I have been living in this complex for two years now. I've stayed in two different units, by choice. I moved into a larger unit. The appliances are fairly new. I have had a few minor maintenance issues and they were always taken care of within 24hrs. The leasing office is always throwing gatherings and offering dinner to the tenants. They are quick with responses. I'm also literally within two miles of any store I can think of. The convenience is why the price is so steep. I do wish rent was less and that the tenants didn't overfill the garbage areas, but everything can't be perfect. I looked at multiple apartments in different areas and although the price was high, the staff and quality of units outranked other complexes.

Pros:- Close to Easton and any store you could possibly need- Convenient to 270- 24/7 gym, included in rent- Laundry in all units- Two bathrooms or more in each unit- Pets allowed (with some breed restrictions)Cons:- Units are NOT smoke free. Management lied to us and told us they were. Fortunately nobody had smoked in our apartment before we moved in and none of our immediate neighbors smoked, but there are a lot of complaints about the issue (as evidenced by frequent emails from management.)- Extremely loud noises at night if you live in any of the buildings near the Walmart loading dock - trucks unload all night long. - Very poorly insulated apartments. Windows are poorly sealed and leak air constantly - and outside walls are freezing. We had water FREEZE on the walls of our shower that was along an outside wall. Maintenance was not helpful.- Maintenance isn't very clever - they just plugged in but didn't hook up our washer or dryer which caused a huge mess when we tried to use them. - Management is deceptive and just out to charge you whatever they can. They once "accidentally" drew an extra $2000 from our bank account and took 12 days to return it to us. - Dog shit everywhere and some people let their dogs off leash to roam around. It is a lease violation to have your dog off-leash, but management won't do anything about it.

Bad to worse nightmare! When you think it can't get worse... And it never stops.I wish I had only good things to say about Bradford at Easton and Trilogy Management company. So I'll start with the good- the building looks nice from the outside and the inside at a glance also looks nice. And that's where it ends.I moved in July 1st and since then my life at Bradford has been a nightmare. To start their maintenance team was always so "busy" things couldn't get done in a timely manner, they wouldn't get done on the first ,second, or third request either so you will need to keep following up with them to get anything done. For almost 4 weeks our initial move in request for things that needed to be done, didn't get completed. On top of that from the beginning and this is where it gets good I knew there was mold in our apartment. For 4 months I asked them to fix a smell and they said no, I for sure didn't have mold. They painted over clearly visible mold and said it was no longer there, they sprayed chemicals more than two times, they even brought in a contractor to replace the woodwork only to find out he was not there to replace anything only lay another board over the top of the actual issue. I then hired a professional to come in and confrim that there was mold, because by now my health was suffering, to which they had no regard for that either. The Professional confirmed I had mold and Bradford decided to fight me for 2 month on getting the remediation done and they wanted to do it with their people, who after 4 months of dealing with this same problem I wasn't going to let into my apartment any longer . They said they needed to go through their procedures, and follow policy and what not, as I continued to get sick. I had a confirmed sinus infection, I had allergies, and asthma starting because of this issue. Finally they agreed to have the professional do the remedation, not once did they check on me or follow up with how things were going and even better they forbid the guy I hired and paid out of pocket to talk with me about the findings, give me any reports or even an invoice. Hmm are you hiding a bigger issue?? Unit 4096 in the summer and into the fall sat at over 60% humidity even with the AC on. So Bradford, no there was no visible leak, no visible water damage and yes you have a serious mositure issue that maybe has partly to do with your crappy windows that only look nice from first glance. Upon moving in our windows were dirty come to find out it was mold the whole time. There is a smell under all of the sinks that flares up my allergies which is how I knew there was mold and the mold lives in the woodwork, likely beacuse the caulking they use shrinks when there is lack of humidity in the apartment in the winter now at 30%, and water gets in the gaps of the counter and goes down the walls. I found your issue, replace the cabinets or it will come back due to all the moisture issues. Enough on mold- the management is terrible to deal with, not very considerate and I'm sure has their hands tied by corporate so shame on corporate for not setting your team up to support your residents. Read the lease carefully before signing because it's sealed up pretty well and gives the resident little rights, or wiggle room should there be an issue -just a whole 30 pages! I did have to buy out of my lease early, which was also a nightmare after everything that went down with the mold they were not willing to help out in any way. I have a my cat on the lease and when I knew I was leaving I asked for her to be taken off for my move out date, since she was no longer a resident. Their policy is dead or living you are on the lease you stay in the lease. They compared it to adding a garage to the lease means it's on the full term of the lease. Ridiculous. Snow removal was also a joke. After it snowed not once did the lot ever get cleared. The only thing that was done was the walk way to my door. And then it stopped. For many days the parking lot was a mess from the amount of snow. The office staff has conconstant changes except for one employee who is still there since I moved in back in July. Goes to say a lot for a management company who can't keep employees. Oh and wait there is more.... If you can believe it! I have finally moved out and can breathe again and I go to pay for my last month that rent that I'm not even living there for and I have additional charges! I call and it is said that they just now processed a fee from the beginning of our lease that was for the 4 days the electric was not in my name, so it's an adddinal $15 fee. And there is nothing they will do about it.

The location is great, just off 270 which makes getting anywhere faster. This is also right behind Walmart and very close to Easton Town Center. The maintenance, apart from some specific instances (like clearing snow), has been good.

At first you think the Bradford will be great. But then after a couple months of living there your sewage/water bill will go from $10-$20 a month to $100 a month!! EVERY MONTH! I called maintenance, the office, and the utility company and no one could seem to say why I was paying that much a month in sewage/water for 1 person. Even had maintenance come out and look for leaks in the apt. Dont even both cleaning before you move out bc they will charge you $160 for apt not cleaned even though I went thru the entire apt and cleaned everything. When I moved in, The hanging blinds over the patio door were taped together and I didn't notice until a couple weeks later when they started falling off one by one and they charged me $65 to replace them. Even though before moving in I was told that everything in the apt was brand new and upgraded. Do not try to use too many appliances at one time. If I had the microwave, TV, and lights on if I tried to use one more thing it would blow the fuse. So forget trying to vacuum or wash dishes or do laundry while watching tv and using the microwave. The windows are so old that snow came in on the inside of my window sills and I could feel a huge draft in the winter and the heat in the summer so trying to keep the place heated or air conditioned adequately was impossible. You will find silver fish crawling all over the apartment. And if you are by the Walmart you will hear them loading and unloading in the lot. The dumpster is constantly overflowing and is a huge eye sore. And there are only a handful of dumpsters in this entire huge complex so be prepared to drive your garbage to a dumpster. The only nice thing I can say about this complex is the ppl who worked in the office were always nice when I came in. Other than that, stay away.

Terminix found evidence of a mice infestation in my townhome building. My apartment was dirty at move-in, with broken blinds, and three wasps nests in my bedroom windows. It took three work orders before management removed the nests. We discovered signs of mice before moving in. We alerted management, so they sent out their contracted exterminator who reported no signs of mice. I called Terminix out for an inspection and he found significant burrowing in the attic directly above our bedrooms, as well as mice poop above the attic in the garage. Management had their exterminator come out again. He acknowledged the evidence of mice and came up with a plan to kill the existing mice. I am now waiting for management to agree to seal up the entry points around the building.

I rarely write reviews but this time I will make an exception regarding the Bradford at Easton Apartments. I have lived there for over 5 years and have recently turned in my 60 days notice. Here is the rundown why I am moving. 1. Safety has rapidly declined and the number of car break in's is way to high. I know of two neighbors who have had their newer model cars broken into. Between 2013 - 2015 they used to have a security presence at night and that helped. That's no longer the case. In addition to car break in, gunshots are a common occurrence. 2. The resident screening process is broken given the caliber of people who they are leasing to. Several neighbors have complained about drug use on the property, and all the management does is send out emails regarding "recreational" drug use. Its not good when you have guests coming over only to see people hanging around the parking lot smoking weed and playing loud music. 3. You are not billed for your individual water usage. They average the water bill from 4-8 apartments "blocks" and bill you according to that. I was single and worked 10-12 hours a day and had an issue with the amount I was paying for. Its not fair to pay the same amount with a resident who supplements their income by offering day care services. No way in hell we used the same amount of water. 4. The place has electrical issues they are not willing to confront. Every other 10th time I used my microwave the switch in the electrical panel jumped and I had to reset it. I brought it to their attention and each time they came out and fiddled about and said it should be fine. It wasn't and It got to a point I just gave up. What's frightening is their was an apartment that recently caught on fire and was completely damaged. In the midst of the fire dept extinguishing the blaze, the lady acknowledged that she had notified the office of her stove burner getting really hot even when it was on the lower setting. That's up for debate, but what I do know is I had electrical issues that were never fully resolved, so I kinda believed her.The turnover rate that has lead to a lower caliber of resident coupled by the unsafe environment, was the last straw for me. In addition the 3-5% rent increase every year made me question why the hell I would be paying so much for an apartment in a complex which is a far cry from being luxurious. Granted the location and nearby amenities make it attractive, its not worth it in the long run. Look elsewhere if you want quite peace of mind.

They charge waaayy too much for what they are. Our neighbors sold pot and out upstairs apartments always smelled like it. Not enough dumpsters so ours always overflowed. They did eventually started to get it emptied more often which generally solved the issue. My biggest con is they too our entire deposit and then charged an additional $60 when we moved out. I have ALWAYS gotten my entire deposit back and we left the apartment in good shape. I didn't expect the entire deposit back because the blinds needed replaced but the fact they took over $350 for move out, are you kidding? Would not rent again. It wasn't bad but not worth the cost.
