Gave me a great tour of the property and all the information that I needed. I'm very happy with my current apartment and hope to live here for the forcible future.

I have lived here for about 6 months. DO NOT MOVE IN! things are always broken in unit and stairways always stink! The parking garage is absolutely a mess and you'll probably pay $500+ in towing recovery.

This may have have single handily been the worst moving out experience of I have ever had. The place constantly smells like weed, I was a very respectful neighbor and also paid on time. When I went to go move out before my lease was up, I had to pay a buyout fee. I was totally fine with paying this and had an in-person meeting with the leasing office discussing what all needed to be done on my end before I moved out. I came prepared and had read the entire lease agreement. I had explicitly asked what I owed after the buyout fee was paid, in which the response was nothing and I was home free once paid in full. I paid my entire month of January rent, which was around $1800 and then the buy out which was $3300 all in the month of January. I am moved out February 2nd and they charged me $970 in rent for the month of January. I was very confused as I was told explicitly in writing the buyout was all I needed to pay. Now they are going back in their word and want another $970 which would be around $6,000 that was paid in one month. This was absolutely horrible customer service and horrible communication. I had asked repeatedly during the month of January what all was owed and they never brought up the extra $970. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's highway robbery not to mention there is no free street parking nearby and you have to pay an additional $200 a month for parking.

Since living here I have had nothing but good experiences with each new management. When our place flooded by accident we got put up in a hotel, and they hired movers for us to get accommodated quickly into a new apartment that we thought was beautiful!! When my fiancé had surgery they got him edible arrangements which was so thoughtful. The location makes it just so great.

You should live here it's a great place. The employees and maintenance are really nice and friendly people.

the staff here is phenomenal! always so attentive and genuinely caring. the building is also beautiful!
