They have live stand-up comedy 5 nights per week, which is impressive! I think we saw all local comics on this Saturday night 8pm show. There were about 12 comedians (estimated) that had somewhere between 5-10 min each, with a host riffing in between an introducing each. It was a lot of fun!The show we saw was free, but a suggested 2 drink minimum. We honored that, as it was more than worth it! I felt like we got a deal, getting a couple of normal-priced drinks, with live comedy for nearly 2 hours! This is no fancy comedy club. It's the upstairs of an old building in the old East neighborhood. Advantages: Plenty of free street parking and the building has character! At the top of the stairs, the bar is to the left and the stage and seating are to the right. Most seating gives a great view of the stage, but I could see if you were further back and off to the side of the stage, it wouldn't be as good of a view. The bartender was friendly and helpful and glad to serve up the drinks. Several of the comics were hanging in the bar during and afterward. A good positive, communal atmosphere.Great night out for something a little different, support local comedy, and see someplace new! I'd love to come back again.

One of the funnest nights we've had in Ohio. This place isn't like a polished big city comedy club. Grassroots. Honest to goodness working man's attic. The building a tad run down. The seating pieced together. The young talent should be applauded. They were. It's wonderful to see these locals start out what may well be a famous career. I don't believe they serve food. We already ate before coming. I'm not sure if they have a/c. It was very warm. 08/24

It was my first time at the Attic and it did not disappoint ! If you've never been to a comedy show before this is a great place to start. It's small but it's a great environment. Full bar on the other side of the stage room. The service was fine, kinda slow but there was a lot of people. Can't wait to go back!

This venue for comedy is amazing! My fiancé and I had a freaking blast. Just the whole ambience of the place felt really neighborhoody and really welcoming. The comedians were hilarious! They're not afraid to break down the barriers and boundaries of comedy which is what made comedy so popular in the first place. We live in a world now where so many people get offended and I just felt like that was not the vibe here. The comedy was free and open and it was just hilarious. It has a cool bar and a really unique atmosphere for comedy that is quaint and cozy.

My friends and I had such a great start to our weekend here! We came last night to see Erik Scott. We all had a great time!! The playlist was perfect, the vibes were there, a great mix of people that were all respectful! It's right next to Mikey's Late Night Slice which is super convenient you can have 2 drinks at the comedy club and pizza downstairs! The comedy club has many signs that suggest that each patron order two drinks minimum. The drinks were a little pricey, but it's not the end of the world bc you're there to have a fun night with friends. I hope to be back soon!

The attic has a cool comedy club feel, really embodies a New York club in Columbus Ohio. They put on good shows and always has a great turn out of comics for open mics. The club is above a Mikey's Late night slice so you can grab a bite to eat. They have drink services upstairs and downstairs.

My partner and I just wandered upstairs of Mikey's Late Night Slice, having no idea what it was. When we saw the stage, we hesitated to go in. But a nice lady outside the curtain encouraged us, ensuring us that there was seating on the side we were lingering outside of. We felt welcomed, so we went in and sat - really nice seats in a pleasant darkness around the stage. A couple minutes later, we learned this nice lady is the host! She was super sweet and really funny between acts.On a Wednesday night, the acts were hit or miss in my opinion - but still a really great time, and the audience felt like a community happy to uplift any comedian and just there to have a good time. All the comedians interacted a lot with the audience and built much of their acts around audience reactions and input. It was really fun to engage with, and I'd definitely like to check it out again.

This is legitimately one of the best secrets in Columbus. The atmosphere is incredible, you walk up a flight of stairs and are suddenly transported to a comedy club that feels like it's ripped straight out of New York City. Definitely worth it. Grab a slice of pizza if you're feeling hungry from Mikey's Late Night Slice downstairs, then head up and catch a fantastic comedy show. Much more intimate and entertaining than heading to Easton and seeing a show at the Funny Bone - not that FB isn't fun, but this has a much more hometown comedy feel. The talent is impeccable as well. They even have open mic nights on Wednesdays if you are brave enough to try it out!
