I came in to this cool little shop looking for a birthday present for my mom. I had never been there before, and I loved the unique selection. They gave me a few suggestions, and I ended up buying a great little silver bowl. They gift wrapped it for me, too! Wonderful store, and I will definitely be back!

My mother and I came in to this shop on the recommendation of another merchant in Dublin. We were looking for beautiful wine glasses for my sisters birthday. Unfortunately, the 2 gentleman working in the store were not interested in helping my mother and me find the perfect gift. My mother and I talked at great length and mentioned the wine glasses on the website multiple times that we could not seem to find in the store. We could have asked but the overall vibe was not friendly. I commented on the chocolates and the jewelry right in front of one of the sales staff and he didn't even comment on what I was saying. It was a truly bizarre and unfriendly environment. No one asked if we needed any help. We were the only ones shopping in the store at the time so no excuse for really poor customer service. The store has lovely things, it is too bad it does not have lovely customer service.

Christopher is amazing! He has gone above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect gift! They stock my favorite gift to give, the Beatriz Ball collection of exquisite fine table ware and service ware. I'm in California and he went out of his way to make sure my son in Upper Arlington received his gift. Oh and the way they gift wrap of stunning! They make you feel so special. Thank you !
