The absolute WORST management I have ever encountered! Do NOT rent/lease here. Robyn is the most unethical human being in existence. It's too bad because the property is fantastic. Great neighbors! They lure you in with so called "great deals" but it's impossible to get things repaired. ALSO, make sure you do the walk through in person, they will fabricate charges if you're gone and send you a bill for things you did not break.

Our family was relocated to Columbus almost a year ago. Property is pretty, the remodeled gym is like a small Planet Fitness, and the office staff is helpful with everything. My only complaint is the busy road we live on, but that was the available unit at that time. I'd consider moving to another unit even though I hate moving :)

Very old blind, old carpet may be 30 yrs old carpet.. water bill approximatelt 70/m, but they will tell you only $20. Unsafe neighborhood, stealing. Car has been broken in many times and it is your own expense, but WorthingtonGreen always selfpraise that we have high security and monitoring. Run run run.

Honestly, this place saved me at first to get moved in fast (was getting out of a bad relationship). It was not horrible, just like every other apartment. 2020 pandemic hit and I made sure to work my butt off to afford rent, water and electric. Being late on payments did not happen at all for me(except first month, which they screwed me on with auto withdraw and so i started doing money orders or online). (Lease Dec 2019-Dec 2020) Well, it comes to November 2020 and my hours were getting cut at work due to the next big wave of Covid 19. I reached out to them as I only had one month rent left to pay but with moving out and less hours I requested if I would be able to pay my last month (including any late fees) in a form of a payment plan. They denied this and threatened to evict me if I did not pay the full months rent plus any fees. I never once tried to get out of paying the last month or anything ever, just some help with making payments due the Pandemic. On Dec 9th 2020 I got a notice via letter to vacate the premises by Dec 12th, giving us three days to get things done. I received one call on Dec 11th, no vm left as i was at work and they NEVER responded to my email. WE did get moved out fully. I recorded a video of the CLEANED apartment when leaving to show and prove on any issues (there were none but the second bedroom painting, we did our best, but only three days to do it we were not able to fully get it done) I left my keys on the counter and sent them an email letting them know. Now it is just time to wait and see what their next step is, from the reviews looks like I might have a fight ahead of me for some charges that were not valid. I highly recommend NOT moving here as the management are friendly at first but then they turn and are not willing to work with anything even in this Pandemic. I would hate to know how many people they evicted with people losing their jobs, even though with the HOUSING COVID-19 Renter Protections in place and (I qualified for it)

I have a few things to comment on. The apartment themselves are ok. The appliances are lowest grade, but I understand it's an apartment. When I first moved in it was 995.00 a month- not bad for a 2 bedroom condo, the next year it went up to 1049.00 so the following year I decided to ask about a 6 month lease as I am looking for a home to purchase. Well they did that. Then it was time to renew and during a pandemic mind you ( they raise it again and refuse to write a 6 month lease and the rent will go up to 1320 for month to month. Why would any business turn down a 6 month lease vs. month to month? They're are units that are empty mind you. They have NEVER WAITED ON me to pay my rent at all---- EVER. I think raising someone's rent during a pandemic is callous and cold. I am an essential worker and have worked to take care of people and that's just rude. I will go month to month and give my notice. Snow removal is terrible btw. I fell on their sidewalk as they only put salt near their leasing office. Not happy at all.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I don't even know where to start. Managment is a joke and the maintenance is worse!! Steve doesn't know his ass from his hand. I have been trying to get my a/c fixed since last summer, my apartment will reach high 70's daily (78 is usually what is gets too) when the thermostat is set at 70°. They claim these are "premium" apartments but that's about the farthest from the truth. Keep in mind the apartments look NOTHING like the model unit they show you, old nasty carpet they barely steam clean. Fireplace doest work, I was told by managment in the winter to tape plastic around it to keep the cold air from coming In. Instead of fixing my problems they gave me a notice saying they weren't going to renew our lease. I guess it's easier to make someone move out than to fix anything. You couldn't pay me to live here again under the current manager. On a brighter note my neighbors are all awesome and the grounds are nice.

This has been one of the better rental experiences I've had, across the 7 or so over the last decade. Staff are friendly, grounds are well-kept, and maintenance has always been quick. The complex has an onsite gym that is in great condition, and a pool which is also well-kept. It's a small community, which I like, and the staff do their best to foster a sense of community among the residents (different events), without it seeming intrusive or overwhelming. Community is quiet, but with plenty around it--grocery/convenience stores, library, restaurants, etc. Super convenient to 315 and 270, but not so close as to suffer any noise pollution. Units are updated with nice, new appliances, counters, and cabinets, and there's a sizable attic for extra storage space. Washer/dryer in unit and in good condition. Plenty of parking. Can get a little chilly in the winter, but you can get a unit with a fireplace, or throw up the plastic. I don't think I've ever had an apartment that was super well-insulated. Overall, a great experience here.
