Tavern At The Creek

This is a unique little place...We got a coupon and said why not try this place out - the seating is very limited so we had to wait about half an hour (which on Friday night at 6:30 seemed reasonable). The staff was friendly and helpful but they only had 5 tables so I don't know what it would be like if they were operating at full capacity. Wife's wanted a bud light ( they have a boat load of different craft beers) and I had a diet coke. We had to do the wings 5 medium and 5 honey BBQ which were awesome - they have so smoking process that is unique - I just know the wings were awesome. We had a tough time picking between the pizza and the subs whichnoyh had good reviews so we went with the pizza. It was really good.all in all it was a great experience. The only down side is that they are a tad on the pricey side. We are c going back to try the subs... We will keep you posted

Good pizza, great wings. Cold beer. Family driven service. Would say get pizza well done.

Visited here with my spouse for a quick happy hour drink. We actually came here by accident because the place down the road was closed. Cute location. Drinks were good! It was kind of a bummer that the inside was closed and we had to sit outside because it was a pretty hot day out. I would have chosen to at least have the option to sit inside if we could. We didn't get any food so I can't speak to that, but it sounds like all the other reviews glow about the food, so we'll have to come back to try the food some time. The prices for the drinks were decent, not great but not bad! Was kind of a bummer that there wasn't better happy hours because I'm pretty sure we stopped in on a Friday, so I always hope for some really good happy hour finds during the weekday watering hole trips. I think that's the only thing that could have made it better would be a better happy hour menu.

Food was ok. Pizza had the tangy. There service was really fast. I would recommend other food than there pizza

Final time here... Every time we get the " sorry we are slammed". Pizza is ok. That's really about it. You can have a glass bottle of beer on the patio, but you can't have a glass to put your beer in. lol. You can however, have a nasty plastic fake Tervis cup. Three of us shared an ordered large pepperoni and banana pepper pizza and 10 wings with a side of mild sauce and ranch. We received a pepperoni pizza, no banana peppers, wings with no ranch, 2 styrofoam plates (for 3 people) and three paper napkins. No banana peppers , no big deal. No ranch, No big deal. Treated like shit by one of the waitresses simply for asking for ranch, Big deal. Never again. Don't waste your time, patience , or money. Go around the corner.

Pizza is average, if you like sweeter sauce, you'll like it. But the manager (not sure if it's the owner) would rather the place sit empty. Always turning ppl away with "we're getting ready to close" and when you do get in, the service/attitude from the manager makes you feel like you're an annoyance vs. a customer. It's sad because it's such a prime location, beer selection is solid. Would be a great spot if they had different service staff/manager.

Be prepared to wait and wait and wait. 2 hours for a pepporonni pizza. Pizza was ok at best.

We've only been twice but loved our meals and the server both times! It can get crowded on the weekends but that just shows that it's a great place to enjoy yummy pizza with friends!

Last visit to this place was over 2 years ago and they went from a great pizza to using a premade crust which I gave a review on that experience and the business never denied that they used a premade crust but I have no doubt it was a premade crust .So I decided to give them a another try and I can say without a doubt that this pizza was the pizza that I remembered when I started eating years ago at this place.So I am glad to give them 5 stars now.
