Take Flight Ohio - Flight Simulation

Awesome experience and highly recommended!! I didn't know what to expect but i did a flight simulation with my dad from Miami to Key west and i won't ever forget it! John was an incredible instructor and it is a legitimate cockpit of a plane. The simulation felt real and gave me a sense of what it's like to fly. Really unique fun and educational - they have a great setup. Definitely worth it :)

This one was on the funnest things I have done in awhile. The simulator is amazing and Reggie was a fantastic teacher and super nice guy! I will definitely be going back!

Thanks to the pandemic one of our son's Christmas gifts from last year couldn't be scheduled until yesterday. When we arrived at Take Flight Ohio we were quickly greeted, got signed in, and the routes my son wanted to fly were jotted down. Andrew walked us back got he simulator module and quickly gave enough information about the controls and how things worked for my son to gain some familiarity and then take off. Once the auto pilot was engaged Andrew answered all of the questions our son and us had. Our son had a great time flying the simulator from Tampa to Miami, Miami to Key West, and finally a quick trip from San Diego to Los Angeles since he had some additional time on his session. We'll definitely share the great experience with our friends!

This place is phenomenal! The cockpit is very realistic and you truly get a sense of flying an actual airplane. Especially with how realistic the sounds are, super accurate geography and more. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience or as a gift to to anyone interested in understanding what a pilot might go through during their training

OMG! Awesome experience! I received a gift voucher for Christmas and finally had a chance to use it last night. Thanks to John for a wonderful flight experience. I've worked for airlines in the past, but never got a chance to fly one. I've flown jump seat before and let me tell you, this was the real deal. Had a great learning experience on how to actually fly. Highly recommended for anyone who loves airplanes!

The 737 cockpit was amazing! Such a unique opportunity to interact with such complex systems. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I learned a lot on how real pilots fly these types of aircraft. If you are in the area and are an aviation enthusiast you must check this out! They did a great job of making a COVID safe environment.

I've been here a couple of times to learn about their offerings and just came back to buy an initial flight as a gift. I had the good fortune to meet the owner and have chatted with a couple of the folks working there about how it works and what they do.I'm very excited about surprising my son with this for Christmas and look forward to updating this review after our introductory flight on Saturday. (My timing was particularly good because they are offering a 30% discount on all flights purchased between now and the end of 2018.)(You do not have to pay per person. I will be able to sit in on the flight with him. There will also be an instructor who sits in to make sure you know what to do and your time is used well.)

Bought my Dad a gift voucher for this. The voucher expired before we could use it. They would not honor the voucher. Do not buy a voucher from here. You're better off giving cash. It never expires and is good almost anywhere.

Got this for my husband for his birthday. What an amazing experience! It felt like you were actually flying! My husband was so excited and nervous but Brian and John were so reassuring! We truly enjoyed the whole experience! Thank you so much!

Such a wonderful experience! We started with the thrill flight package and had a great time. John was so knowledgeable and funny throughout the whole "flight". My husband loved getting to be a pilot. It felt so realistic. We will definitely be back!
