Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea - Pointe at Polaris

Loved, loved the coffee. I am not a coffee drinker usually, but it was cold and I thought that I would get a cup of joe. I looked at the reviews and saw that this particular coffee shop had high ratings. I was not disappointed. The customer service is friendly, fast, and approachable. The server was able to explain the menu, give recommendations and explained their rewards program. This will be my stop ever time I am in the area.

For my first experience here, I was not sure what to expect. I stopped in to grab a coffee and bite to go, and I was able to find parking in the garage behind the building very easy; that already is a bonus in my book.As for the coffee, I ordered the Dragon Eye which I would easily get again. The coffee selection was slim but their iced/frozen drinks and their tea selection seemed more robust. As for the snack, I ordered the Blueberry Crumble which was olay; flavor was great but the texture was very soft. I would skip the treat next time.As for service and the place overall, both were great. The barista was very quick and friendly and I saw a few other customers sitting around and chatting with each other or working. It seems like a good place to go to to hang out or work for a bit.

I love this coffee shop! They workers are all very nice and I come here a lot before work! The store is always clean and welcoming. The coffee is always good (although I am sad they got rid of the red moon cold brew). They always have good music playing and their bagels are pretty great. I also get the yogurt parfaits and their pop tarts. All of it has been great. I honestly love them lol

Ventured up to the Polaris area for the day and stopped at Sweetwater on the way. This place is located in what appears to be a brand new development, and there is plenty of free parking. Immediately upon entering we were greeted by a very nice gentleman behind the counter. He correctly assumed we had never been here before and started telling us about all the different bakery items and drink options without us even asking. This was helpful as they do have a pretty wide selection of coffee and teas, as well as baked goods and some sandwiches. I ended up getting a passion fruit iced tea and a turkey sandwich. The sandwich was a bit expensive for the size, but it tasted good. The passion fruit iced tea was very refreshing, and I would definitely get it again. They have lots of seating, most of which are small round tables. They do have an area with a bigger work space and high top bar chairs with backs, and another area with reading chairs. We sat at the larger workspace to get through some things on the computer. The wifi is password protected, and worked like a charm. My only gripe is that the chairs were pretty darn uncomfortable, and after about 15 minutes I ended up just using the workspace as sort of a standing desk. Overall, I was impressed with this place. I probably would have given 4 stars for the extremely uncomfortable high top chairs, but the gentleman who greeted us was so nice that I'm upping it to 5 stars.

Nice spot! Seems to be a popular destination. I came here for a few hours to study. Business picked up late morning and there was a line to the door at one point. However, line cleared up quickly and people came and went. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was overcharged for a bakery item on accident but was immediately refunded. There's wifi available. Many tables and a couch area to sit at. I would love if this place had some more food options! But the bakery selection is good too. The blueberry crumble I had was delicious. Thanks for a nice stay.

Excellent Mochas and coffee. My daughter loves the hot chocolate. Prices are a little better than Starbucks. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff, great coffee, quiet outdoors! Nice spot to spend a few hours doing work/studying :)Would I recommend/return? Absolutely!

Scone was ok feel like it might have been frozen it was so cold but it was still decent. House brew could be a little stronger.

Extremely disappointing experience. Came in and sat down to not only 5 minutes after we arrived have the owner approach us with obvious annoyance. He asks us (2 people) if we are buying coffee, when we replied with "yes?". He then proceeded to say "SOON?". We were so appalled, we ended up leaving. Unrelated, we were also surprised to see them closing at 4pm when all other sweet waters in Columbus close at 6pm. Horrible service, and didn't even give us the chance to buy any of their coffee. If you're a sweet waters lover, Dublin is the place to go!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HEREManager was incredibly rude to my family and refused to put a lid on a water for my three year old, justifying it by saying "we just don't do that here". The coffee was overpriced brown sugar water. I felt incredibly judged for having children while in this establishment, I checked the website beforehand and it said that Sweetwaters was child-friendly. The management made it clear that that was a flat out lie. We left and drank our coffee outside in the snow because of how the manager treated us. She was also very short with the lovely trainee that helped us for the first part of our experience, scolding her over the temperature of my son's hot chocolate.
