Sweet Station

The young lady working the front counter was very nice and answered my few questions - this drink shop had a few new terms and flavors I've yet to learn about, and she happily explained the difference, even compared the flavor profiles to more Americanized fruit flavors for a comparison. Taro milk tea with extra pearls, my usual. When I asked about the sugar level, the gal said they don't really do it for that drink. Verdict? A solid drink, but definitely not as much taro flavor as my #1 choice Racha. I do give anyplace that grates the taro fresh, so this stall was spot-on for that. But, the flavor wasn't as pronounced as Racha. Like I said, this boba drink stop has some other interesting sounding tapioca pearl drinks worth trying in the future.

The three stars are only for the drink I got. The staff there was really friendly and the place itself was fun. They have a few games on the tables so you can stay a while. I got the pink milk matcha. The lady told me the pink comes from a Thai syrup. And that was basically all I tasted. It's a syrup that would be good on shaved ice. In a drink it just tasted really artificial. I also couldn't taste the matcha at all. The tapiocas were okay. I might try their other drinks next time, but definitely won't get this one again.

We got crepes and bubble tea! Both were delicious. Service was quick and easy. Great lighting and decorative display! Will definitely recommend!

I love that more and more restaurants are opening up on the west side of Columbus. One of them happens to be a cute bubble tea shop right inside the newest Saraga International market on South Hamilton Rd. It's nestled between a soon to be Indian/Nepalese restaurant and a Mexican panadería. @sweet.station_columbus serves up delicious and refreshing boba teas, homemade desserts and banh mi's to feed your cravings. It's also dangerously closer than my usual go-to boba place so I know I'll be here probably way often than I should be. Mango milk with rainbow jelly- tasted very similar to a mango lassi. Very refreshing, creamy, and sweet. Almost like a drinkable dessert. Signature milk tea with boba, clear boba, and grass jelly. Not too sweet, just perfect.

They have such a great selection of drinks and snacks. My drink was delicious. Definitely would come again. Very good and friendly service.
