Wonderful service whether dining in or getting carry-out, good prices, tasty sushi! My daughter's favorite is the Salmon on the Beach. Great roll, haven't found anything like it elsewhere.

Half price sushi is back! We had a wonderful date night at Sushi Factory! Our server was very friendly and attentive. She helped us pick the right soju and made sure we ordered enough!The rolls were very reasonably priced and they were delicious! The flaming rolls were also a hit at our table!

The service was exceptional as soon as we walked in friendly, inviting and just felt welcome by friendly faces. I'm so glad they brought back the half off sushi rolls at one point they did remove that special but now it's back. The food is always delicious and it didn't take at all to get our rolls. The waitress was really nice and was very attentive. The restaurant has a nice calming and laid back feeling. This has turned out to be my go to sushi spot.

The sushi was fresh, the service personable and considerate. Has an informal vibe for friendly conversation for a relaxed dining experience.

Came in for lunch on a quiet Thursday. The dining area is big enough, and very open. We were seated promptly and our server came by and took our drink orders. We put in an appetizer order for the crab Rangoon which were absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. A short time after, we put in an order for 4 total sushi rolls. The appetizer came very fast, maybe within 5-7 minutes of ordering. The sushi took about 45 minutes and we couldn't figure out why. We were 1 of 5 total tables, and were seated and ordered before 3 of them. The sushi was good. The spicy mayo was delicious and had a nice kick. The Highlander roll was my favorite; the tempura batter was crispy and flavorful and the inside was the perfect texture. Our server was wonderful. Even though our sushi took a while, she was attentive and very genuine with her service and communication. It was strange that during the "lunch rush", the manager (possibly?) would decide to hammer and install something at the drink station, which is in the middle of the dining area.If you're in a hurry, I would not recommend coming here. However we were in no hurry.

Great time at sushi factory this weekend! It is 50% off dine in sushi only. What a great deal!! We got the wow roll - which was on fire and I think this was my fav!! So delicious. We also got the derby roll, rainbow roll, 007 roll and some pieces nigiri. The smoked salmon was delicious!! Would come back here again.

We were quickly seated in a booth, there is quite a bit of seating. We ordered 4 different rolls on their 50% off dine in deal. We ordered our classic favorites of spicy tuna and eel/avocado, which were comparable to other local sushi places! We also tried two premium rolls, the bulgogi roll and VIP roll. Both were great! I don't think I would order the bulgogi roll again, but it's definitely good to try once! We agreed the VIP roll was our favorite. Their online menu is reflective of the dine in menu, but do like that they provide a "customer favorites list". I took off one start because we did wait a while for our check. Although, you really can't beat their prices!

Best sushi!! They have the best customer service. They are attentive, They keep your water glass full, and they are very accommodating. Their prices are ridiculously reasonable, and the sushi is really good. The ambience is really nice. It's relaxed. You're able to carry on conversation with other people at the table. I really enjoy the variety of their sushi and it was taste good and they rolled them well. They were tight and they weren't falling apart.. For family of six the prices are very reasonable.

Great service and fresh sushi! we have been twice now and looking forward to returning. we've enjoyed several rolls and edamame.

Food was good and price was competitive. However, I was very unhappy with our waitress. I do not eat fish, but love veggie sushi. I ordered two veggie rolls, two AAC rolls, and two California rolls for the table. When it came, we received the veggie and AAC rolls, but there was also a gloppy mess of rolls instead of the California rolls. She said it was a Picasso roll. I politely said that there was a mistake. She insisted that I said Picasso roll. I certainly did not. I had never even heard of a Picasso roll. I tried to push back, but she doubled down and said that's what I ordered. I kept the incorrect order and my husband ate it, but I was very disappointed that she didn't rectify HER error. Apparently she has never heard of "the customer is always right." Not sure if I'll be back after this experience.
