I don't right reviews on this Yelp thing but this is my new favorite restaurant in Parkersburg they treat you like people they welcome you when you come in and make you feel at home like family I'm not kidding it is my new favorite everything is homemade the tea taste like it is and mash potato seasoned green beans and the baked steak and the gravy the toll was amazing also they have everything you want I also got BLACKBERRY PIE it was good taste like it was made there also

More or less same menu as Mary Bee's without the tried and true recipes or diner atmosphere. Front has a restaurant/bar feel and the back definitely a bar feel. They had karaoke going on in the back from 4 to 8pm this was a Saturday. some singers were ok, some weren't. So a diner had to endure that. Their house salads are expensive I think if you get one in addition to the dinner instead of as a side. Sweet tea has a funny after taste, maybe a mix or instant not sure. I will go back and try A sandwich or some other item on the menu before I decide whether to be a regular choice location or not. It would be nice to see a properly prepared fried chicken on the menu, and I don't recall seeing any steaks as an option. The brown gravy on the mashed potatoes and baked steak tasted like it came right out of the can so I didn't much care for that. But the one annoying thing was three minutes after she gave us our salads she brought our entrées out to us and set them there I hate it when I don't have time to eat my salad before my dinner arrives, Time will tell.

Friendly, quaint restaurant. Came here for late breakfast. Service excellent, great home cooked meal. Food cooked just like we asked. Great find in Parkersburg.
