Before I moved to Sunbury Ridge, I completed an EXTENSIVE search of suitable options. The main things I was looking for was the distance from my job (downtown) and Easton, polite and friendly individuals in the leasing office, cleanliness and low noise level. This place meets all of my expectations. The staff is beyond friendly and extremely helpful, especially Jim and Chelsea. They always go above and beyond to help you out in any way they can. They have always been so nice and helpful. If they don't know something, they will ask and get back to you the next day. The neighborhood is quiet and anyone I've encountered has been friendly. I really don't hear too much from my neighbor above me. Once in a while I hear something, but I always have peace and quiet. The area is clean and if there is anything of concern, they quickly send friendly reminders to everyone. I'm terribly afraid of mice and that was another concern of mine, living so close to the woods, but I haven't had any rodent problems at all.I love the look of the interior. The one bedrooms will be getting makeovers. There is ample parking. There are events within the neighborhood here and there, which are pretty fun. I've lived here for almost a year and I've only had two work orders. Maintenance came the very next day, both times. My only complaint is the windows are pretty drafty. When the temperature drops it can get pretty cold, which means you have to increase the heat. I bought some Duck brand, plastic installation kits, so hopefully that will help. It also may take a while to receive a mail key. I've been here 10 months and I have yet to receive one, but that is the fault of the post officers Innis Road. I've made so many trips to the post office and spoken to many mail carriers, to no avail. I literally stalk them on Saturdays just to get my mail. That is just my experience. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! I love living here.

I've renewed my lease several times since moving here in 2015 and couldn't be happier. Even when we were going through apartment renovations, they really took care of us and made it a pleasant experience. You'll find the apartments quiet, safe, and a good deal for the money. The entrance intersects the Alum Creek Trail which is wonderful for taking long walks, runs, or bike rides miles and miles away from the apartment building. I've even walked to work to Easton once just for the fun of it!The office staff is always accommodating and have even helped "hide" some holiday packages so my roommate wouldn't see where they were coming from. There are new faces in the office and everyone has been genuinely great- no lie. They call you by name once you get to know them and I've found they are part of the reason we sign a lease every year. Great referral fee, too! Other bonuses include plenty of well-lit parking, valet trash 5 days a week (yes, you pay for it with rent, but it makes up for itself the first stormy or winter day when you don't have to run your trash up and get soaking wet or freeze! :) They've recently added more "doggy" stations around so there's NO excuse to not pick up after your pets. We've all been outside and forgotten a bag! I don't see myself leaving here anytime soon, and if you visit Sunbury Ridge, you'll see why we love it!

I have lived here since April of 2014 and I love it here! The leasing staff is very professional, helpful, and kind. Maintenance is timely and the property is very well-maintained. Jim and Jessica have been extremely helpful and accommodating. The location in proximity to Easton, the airport, and downtown is convenient. If you're looking for a clean and cozy, updated and modern, affordable and family-friendly place to call home, Sunbury Ridge is it!

Unfortunately, while the community and apartments themselves are very nice, the neighborhood is not safe and therefore would not recommend someone to live there. There are frequent break ins and they usually send out emails every couple months regarding both car and apartment break ins. While they did report they were working closely with the Columbus Police this did not prevent any more break ins. The break ins began to increase in frequency and at one point during the week 3 places were broken into. It is hard to feel safe in a community where you have to constantly look out your window to check your car and doors. I feel that people should know this about a community before they move in, especially if they have kids where safety is especially important. Finally, while they do have a courtesy officer, he never picked up the phone once and I never saw him once driving around to ensure safety so I do not think he was an effective safety measure.
