Everything is AMAZING here as always. Love love the sweeter sauces when it comes to my pizzas AND this is a family owned and operated local pizzeria and I always support that as I am a local business owner as well! The employees are very nice and helpful if u dnt know all services or or foods.

Ordering $50 worth of pizza for pool party and the grumpy old lady tells the kid we only give paper plates out for dine in, and the kid says, do you want me to give you napkins to use as plates, I said sure and he gives me 3 napkins, you would think giving out some cheap paper plates wouldn't hurt their bottom line, but maybe if they stayed open more than half of the peak hours, they could afford to give out some paper plates to their customers, who are not always eating it at home? Plus, they're living in the Stone Age. God forbid you have to use Apple Pay or a card or something. It doesn't even work or they don't even have any type of new forms of payments. I'm shocked this place is still open. I'm not surprised it closed down before, I mean, the pizza can be good. I just wish we didn't have to deal with ignorant Puffed up people with 0 customer service skills.

We picked up three large pizzas and they were all delicious. The sauce is a little sweet in a good way. Very friendly staff and service. Would definitely order here again if we were back in the area.

Some of the best pizza around. Thicker crust with tons of toppings. Tells you they are doing something right when there is a line out the door for pick up orders on a Friday night. This was before there Corona scare. Normal Friday with line out the door. Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly even though they were very busy. Pizza is sweet as I'm guessing they put sugar in the sauce, hence the team. It's not overbearing though, and the pie is superb.

Oh My Goodness!!!!! This pizza is the BEST I have had in YEARS!!!! Crispy crust, delicious toppings, perfectly toasted cheese!!! The sauce is sweeter than I am used to but it complimented the spicy tones and it was like a symphony of deliciousness in my mouth!!! I can't believe this is the first time I have had this pizza! I can't wait to go back for more!!!

Not exactly the way the pictures present this pizza. The sauce is sweet. We really enjoy thin crust, and while Sugar Bear's leans toward a thin-like crust, don't expect the cracker crust Tommy's pizza makes. I like a lot of sauce, but their pizzas are slim on that ingredient, and really, their sauce is too sweet for my liking. Order it extra crispy or well-done for the best results. The pepperoni will at least be done and crispy.

This could be the best pizza in Lancaster if they would invest in a new crust. I don't know how they manage one that tastes as bad. They are not stingy with toppings and I like a sweet sauce but I can't make myself eat the cardboard they serve it on

This is a small town pizza place in Ohio but my mother and I moved to Florida about 10 years ago and we fly every single year just to come back because we crave the pizza all the time. We rave about it to everyone we know and wish we could open up one in Florida with us. Absolutely delicious 100/10 pizza :)

This place could be the number one pizza in Lancaster and rival the best in Columbus if they would do just one thing. Change the crust. They have a perfect smooth tomato sauce, although on the sweet side,all their toppings are good, their pepperoni is especially good, and although the price is not cheap, you never feel cheated on the amount of toppingsBut the crust is pretty tasteless I don't know if the make it or buy a frozen crust but if they would use a good flour and let the dough rest for 24 hrs they could have a top notch pizza.

Has always been recommended by our Lancaster family so we decided to try it. A-mazing! Such good pizza and good service. Enjoyed different topping pizzas with the family and grandparents. However, not enough leftovers for my brother....he was not happy . We will order again soon.
