I ordered a foot-long cheesesteak. It was delivered by DoorDash and it was delicious. The roll was fresh. The meat was nice and hot and the cheese melted. I like that I'm able to pick what I want on it. I recommend the subway.

This experience makes me want to just make my sandwiches at home. I walked in, and two young girls were working there, both with Airpods glued in one ear. The girl kept asking me to repeat myself probably because they had uncensored rap playing in the background. And don't get me wrong, I love rap... but this was some new-school garbage! The girl burns my bacon, but I was in a rush so I told her to just keep going with the sandwich. Her co-worker asks her how the f*** do you burn bacon? She replies I don't know how the f*** I did that. Then while cleaning up she drops another f-bomb to go... When I go to check out, I tell her I want a combo and place my chips on the counter. When I go to ask for my cup, she asks why I want a cup. I looked at my receipt, and she only rang me up for a sub and a bag of chips. So I have to listen to terrible music, repeat my order 2 to 3 times, hear an F-bomb contest, and paid 4 dollars per strip for burnt bacon and she didn't ring me up for my order properly. Yeah, I think I'll make mine own next time.Customer Service 1-5=1.5 (Only because the older gentleman working there complimented me on my Browns shirt)Sandwich 1-5=3 after removing the burnt bacon.Drink 1-5=0, because I didn't get my drink...smh

I really like how this location has changed for the better,but kinda disappointed with my online order. Not a fan of ordering online anyway and this confirms why. I really like the new supreme meats subs because of the cappicola that is now in in. well I ordered that and my hubby ordered a mozza meat bowl for the same reason. Neither the sub or salad had cappicola in them. My sub was not toasted,the 2 smallest pieces of cheese i have ever seen and they both were loaded with ground black pepper which we did not ask for. The manager made my hubby's salad and ususally my sub when we go in so don't know what happened today but basically I got an Italian sub.Sorry guys missed the mark today!

My boyfriend went to pick us up breakfast wraps. I ordered a BACON, egg & cheese wrap. They failed to put the bacon on it & my boyfriend just said, so you don't have to remake it, just heat up the bacon & we will put it on it when I get home. The man was very rude to him & told him that they cannot do that. They screwed up both of our orders & frustrated my boyfriend so much that he just left & paid full price for my wrap & his flatbread (which was also missing bacon). Never will we ever go to this subway again. Rude employees with zero listening skills & customer service.

I have gone here quite often for lunch. It seems every time I do go in there the rude, young manager has an attitude. Not friendly and inviting AT ALL. She seems to have a dry, aggressive response to anything you ask. Even when I went in one time, another associate was helping me and she ever found her way in our conversation about a special I inquired about. The associate was l already answering my question and the manager chose to talk over her to add. One day I said "Everytime I come in here your not very nice and your customer service is horrible". She kinda laughed it off and kept ringing me out. I am seriously annoyed when I do go there and I see her.only because I predict her super rudeness is going to make an appearance.

I went into the subway and I was greeted by the owner, I think at least let him tell it. Anyway I stepped up to the counter to order my food with the eager owner and he kept on messing up my order, like everything I said he did or heard the opposite and after the third mistake, the 3rd not the 1st but the 3rd I was starting to stress and I said omg only the long way and he felt some type of way, because I was not happy about him messing up my order and expressing that. He told me that it was unnecessary for me to say that because he didn't have a problem making it over like as if I wanted or was cool with them messing it up and me having to wait until they got it right. I say they because it was three of them and obviously no one could hear me tell them what I wanted. He had to relay what I said to him to them and he got it wrong on 3 sandwiches. To end this sad story he refused to finish my order because I was unhappy with their horrible service. I guess that's what it is now, spend money your for bad service and mediocre food, I bet I don't!
