This business should update their website and social media accounts to let the public know they no longer offer retail sales.

Went here for the first time and they were a bit wiped out after Father's Day. I got some cheddar bacon brats and we had them for dinner. They were incredibly good! The bacon and cheddar did not overwhelm the brat and caraway lends a bit of flavor. We will back for sure!I also like knowing the meat is fresh and local. Prices are very reasonable. I'm going to need to make room in my freezer!

I go here once a month and stock up on everything I need. The prices are great and I really like the quality of the products they offer. Any time I need assistance with choosing the correct cut of meat, their staff are ready, willing, and knowledgeable.I appreciate knowing where my grocery products are from. I especially appreciate the fact that all products are from local farmers who take great care in how their animals are raised and finished. Organic doesn't have to be more expensive. I typically buy 10 lbs. of individually packaged ground beef, 5 lbs. of ground pork, beef sliders and burgers, organic chicken (whole, breasts, thighs/legs) and use the bones for bone broth afterward. I've purchased baby back ribs, steaks, roasts, and other cuts and everything has been fantastic.One thing to note is that if you're not used to buying organic chicken, you might find them to be a little smaller than conventional. I don't find this to be problematic but I do plan to cook a little more to satisfy the men in my house.The snack packs they have along with the deli are usually the highlight of my day. Cheese, pepperoni, pickles wrapped in prosciutto, snack sticks, all of it is happy food. Take a little drive if it's out of your way, Stover's will not disappoint. And, if you're looking for a custom order, call them! They will definitely go the extra mile for you.

I was excited to see this farm-to-table shop was coming, and when they opened i was not disappointed. Got a porterhouse and ribeye and some burger patties. The steaks were some if the best i have had, tender and flavorful. Havent tried the patties yet.

It's nice to know that there are folks doing butchery the right way. You can come here and essentially get any type of cut you want. The animals are raised locally and fed good clean food for better quality meat. Come check out Stovers, you will not be upset you did.
