Classy environment for pre-owned jewelry, watches, handbags, and assorted other unique items. Ive purchased several pieces and the sales team is always ready to help. They keep their website up to date which is good since their inventory moves quickly.

This was my first time ever going into this store. The employees were very friendly and greeted us right away. The store was pretty and decorated very nice. I guess I'm just slightly confused by the concept in general. The store was large yet very empty. There were a few jewelry cases around and then a small purse section with maybe 10 purses/bags total. And the prices were wild. They were selling some supreme items for almost double the original sale price. They had some nice pieces of jewelry as well but I'm absolutely sure you could get something brand new for cheaper. I guess If you were looking for a specific limited edition item this might be the place to go, but for anything else you might be better off going elsewhere.

I'd been wondering what this place was- I assumed it was a clothing store- and finally figured out it was a jewelry store, right around the time I needed some jewelry. It's used, but you wouldn't know it from the atmosphere or the items themselves. They have very expensive items, if you want something like that, but also cheaper things- and good deals on things that were originally very expensive.It's very nice inside, a complete change from its previous use as a Verizon store. Service was great; I believe it was the manager who helped me. Helpful, not pushy; asked what I was interested in and my price range, and showed me half a dozen things that fit (and could have dug deeper into their stock.) I found something I liked for Sweetie on our anniversary, and she likes it, too. I will keep it in mind for other occasions.

This store is very nice. They have some beautiful, high-end, resale items. You can easily find a lot of great quality name brand bags here. They almost look brand new. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I know of this place through the Diamond Cellar because they own it. I knew they had a location downtown but didn't realize there was one at Easton.A very nice shop located across the street from Easton. We were welcomed immediately upon entering the building and a young woman introduced herself and told us all about the business. It's a pre-owned luxury store that deals in handbags, watches and jewelry.The discounts on these items are really good compared to the original price.This is a really neat shop!

We stopped into store 5a one day just to check it out. We had heard of it but hadn't been. It was their big buying event but we didn't have anything to sell them. If I were looking to get a deal on an expensive watch, a piece of jewelry, or a handbag, this would definitely be my first stop just to see what inventory they had.

Perfect condition and super fast shipping ! I am moving this co and will be back for more ! Why buy brand new now when you can get it for so Much less money ? Great service and awesome quality !

Over the years I have purchased sunglasses and a few pieces of jewelry and every experience has been great. The sales associates are always so kind and helpful. I wasn't sure if this was a snooty store because they sell luxury items but it is definitely not that way. I like that they have a good website and I can shop online and easily pick up in store, same day. A link broke on a necklace and they immediately repaired it for free and were very apologetic. I appreciate that they didn't think twice about helping me. This is a great store for anything David Yurman, luxury handbags or other jewelry including wedding rings.

As many know, it can be a real challenge finding the right engagement ring and the decision can fill you with anxiety. For months I have been searching for the perfect ring from storefronts, to online companies all over. Finally however Store 5a and their friendly staff helped me find a perfect match for what I had drawn up in my head as an ideal ring. I had the pleasure of having Nick help me with the purchase and things couldn't have gone any smoother. Nick doesn't attempt to lure you in with a purchase but rather draws an interest out of you with the passion and detail he puts into his work. You can really tell that he cares about finding the right piece for his customers and making sure that the entire purchase is alleviated of any "stressors". It was such a wonderful experience you can guarantee that I will be back to make a purchase from their many other product lines.

This scam of a store is presented as a place to buy used high-end jewelry & watches at bargain prices but it's really a boutique concept store run by the expensive Diamond Cellar.A quick scan of watches showed a watch for sale at $500 (used) that sells for $349 BRAND NEW at several reputable online dealers and another they list for $325 (used) that sells for $149 new online.Their Rolex prices are even crazier and you could easily overpay by $2000+ Stay away.
