Stelzer Gardens Manufactured Home Community

On the 23 of October I helped my niece move into Stelzer Gardens mobile home park. For over a month they knew she was moving in on that date. My sister had paid and owned the mobile home. She flew in from AZ the day before and had kept in touch through out September and October. On moving day we were told the trailer wasn't ready and had a sewage leak. We had two trucks packed with furniture sitting at the mngrs office. The assnt mngr named Julia is who was handling things from the beginning. I had gone out in September to look at the trailer and take pictures. Julia said that the outside would be power washed and broken wood replaced. After waiting two hrs in the lot we were told that a different trailer would be offered to my niece. The first trailer was 3 bedroom and 2 bath. The second trailer which was FILTHY was 2 bedroom 1 bath. The fridge was filled with moldy rotten food. Trash, broken glass,and nails were all over. My niece was so stressed and tired she said yes. We unloaded EVERYTHING. Mngmt came back to say "never mind" we can get you in the original trailer. We all said we weren't moving anything so mngmt moved her that night. But my niece had to help. She's been there a week. Sewage still not fixed. It was a temporary fix. Toilet is in the bath tub. No power wash or wood fixed. Floor in bathroom messed up from Plummer's. This place is the Pitts. Go under a bridge and live. You'll be treated better.

Please refer to my previous review. Now they want to charge $5/month for parking of the first two cars and then $75 for each additional car. If you want to visit it will cost you $10/day. It is such a rip off. They also charge a flat rate for sewer which is about $40/month no matter if you have one or 10 people living in your mobile home. They stopped providing free internet, charge you for trash and then a fee to administer the trash charge and a fee to administer the water charge. The water is constantly shut off for maintenance so you can't even predict when you can take a shower.
