I had a decent experience here with my family. This location is using the touchscreen kiosks to process orders and payments now. The food was good, my order was correct, and it came out in a reasonable amount of time (shakes came out first, maybe 5 minutes; food might have taken 10 or so).Had trouble figuring out how to just get a cup of water.The employees we interacted with were friendly.

Lady working drive thru on 11/5/23 at 4:10 pm needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment. Mumbled our order back to us, was glaring the entire time, and slammed the window in our face. Huffed a big sigh when she was asked to repeat herself when she refused to speak up. I don't understand how service like this is acceptable.

Stopped here on my trip to Ohio and waited over a hour, asked here our food is, they LIED and stated it was sitting on the counter for over 20 mins so they threw it away, asked for my receipt, manager REFUSED to give me it and said she is making the food now, demanded a refund, and as she's giving my money slipped up and stated she gave the food to the wrong person. WHY LIE ABOUT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Waited 2 hours with a 2 year old and got NO food. This place should have stayed closed down.

Now I know why I stopped going to Steak n Shake on Rome Hilliard road. The burgers were so greasy they leaked through the bag. The milkshakes were thin as water and the fries just barely came to the middle of the container. Not going back. They need to close the doors

Decided on dine in since that's what my son wanted. Literally zero interaction with an actual person- but still recommended a 15% tip. Restaurant was filthy - it looked like there had been no cleaning done since the beginning of the day. The food did come out hot (I wouldn't say that it took forever, but definitely wasn't quick) and the order was correct, but the milkshakes were poorly made and really thin.
