Steak Escape Westerville

We stop in here every time we get a craving for baked potatoes, because Rax is 50 miles away. I give them a specific list of orders for the family, and invariably someone gets it wrong.This time, the screwups are twofold: we received one sub when all 4 were supposed to be potatoes, and second, the veggie potato had next to nothing in it when everything was supposed to be doubled.The crew was friendly as could be, even confirming that they could do a Korean BBQ on a potato. The lighting and inside was clean, and everything else was perfect. Crew just keeps messing up orders. Fortunately the order they turned into a sub, Dad didn't notice Get it together, Steak Escape! There aren't that many options open for good quality potatoes around locally...

The loaded fries are literally drowning in cheese. According to the description I thought the cheese would on top on the fries. Now most of the fries are soggy. I was so hungry too so this was disappointing.

The quality of steak escape has declined over the years. I thought i give them a try again but i should have went somewhere else. I had the ultimate escape regular sub a regular fry and reg lemonade. lemonade was watery, Steak was bland and dry. The fries were decent. If you are craving a steak sub don't go here.

This was my first visit to a Steak Escape. My son had the Bourbon and Bacon sandwich and I had the Great Escape Fry. My portion of food was huge; for me it provided two meals. However, I don't recall that it had any Provolone cheese, so I had to add a lot of extras to the bowl when I got home: sour cream, feta cheese, and I would have included green onions had I remembered they were in the fridge. That would have been good....I'm not sure about coming back because I went through the drive through and the air smelled bad during my entire wait time. My imagination was running wild as to how clean the inside of the place was.The lady at the drive through was cheerful and friendly.

We arrived to a very clean restaurant. The guy who took our order was very knowledgeable on the menu and gave great recommendations. We did dine inside and our order took over 20 mins. Most people ordered after us came and left, but ours took a long time. The food was worth it but took awhile for being a fast causal place, that makes the food as ordered. Pricing was very reasonable for the food size. I will be back, just not on a time crunch.

Outstanding bbq cheese and chicken sub! The souse was tangy and sweet. The chicken was tender with a great flavor. The crispy onions mixed well with the sauce. I added jalapeños to kick the heat in a bit. The best part to me is the roll that they use, it has a great crunchy crust to it and the inside is soft. Just a great sandwich overall!

Gross. Steak everything was just disgusting dirty and gross. Staff was friendly but that's it. We won't ever go back.

So very dirty. Finger prints all over the front entry. Every table needed a wipe down including the one we ended up eating at. There was a random computer chair out on the dining floor at a table... Heavy dust on all the hvac vents and light fixtures. Hopefully they don't hire someone to have their floors cleaned professionally because there was a 2 inch dirt line around the entire perimeter of the store. I work in facilities and that would be a call back at no charge to correct. No ketchup pump but instead a bowl of sticking-together ketchup packets, gross. The service was fine, but it's weird that they don't give you a number or take a name for your order. Instead they just call out whatever you ordered. Hopefully someone doesn't order what you did ! Not good operational practice IMO. The food was just okay. I liked the flavor of my black and blue sub, my gf did not like her sub so that was unfortunate. Both of us agree the lack of the meat in the sub was also disappointing. Extra disappointing when you figure the price factor too. Next time, will pass on this place!

I don't live near but when I travel to Westerville I tend to stop here. I always have a great experience and food is always fresh. Today the employee Jayden at the window was awesome!!! He had great mannerism!

Can't go during meal times because it takes closer to 30 mins than 5 mins to get food. Try to go on Sunday night at 7:52 when they close at 8, sign light on, but no sign of the workers except when they peek out of the swinging door to see if I am gone yet. Steak escape has good food, but it is way too hard on the customer service side to make it worth it anymore. I have learned my final lesson, will not be returning.
