Great indoor soccer facility with a concession stand with a pretty good Cappuccino. Plenty of spectator seating for soccer and they also have axe throwing.

I just went to this place for the first time for a 6 year old birthday party. The space had tons of activities. They played flag football, soccer, dodgeball, and old school freeze tag. The food the kids had was standard concession stand food. Nothing too good or too bad...kids seemed happy. If i had one "complaint" it would be that the host was new. This was her first kids party and she seemed lost at guiding the activity time with the kiddos. Overall the staff was friendly and appeared helpful. On a side note....I learned they do ace throwing at this location and I've been trying to find a closer location to Westerville,

We came here to try out axe throwing with our work group. The place looked sketchy at first but we had a great time. They provide an employee to show you how to throw and do games with your group. Our person was Cami and she was funny and entertaining. I was the worst thrower in our group, but I still had a ton of fun. Cami was really good at keeping it light and positive. She also tried her best to give me tips but I was a lost cause. They allow alcohol here too and have times for "open throw" which is just coming in and throwing by yourself. I might try that because even though I sucked it was fun. One more thing, the staff accepts tips so bring some extra cash. Not all of our group had cash and we really would have liked to have tipped Cami more.

I've played in the indoor soccer leagues here. (Other sports take place here as well, but I've never been here for anything but soccer.) Overall, I've been satisfied with the experience. The turf is in pretty good shape. But FYI you can't wear regular cleats here, only turfs or flats. The building itself is a little bigger than Resolute Athletic Complex, so there's a bit more space where you can warm up when there's a game happening on all the fields before your games. They also give you a bit more time between games here than at Resolute. The fields are a little smaller though. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but I prefer the bigger fields. I've sometimes had start times a little later than at Resolute, which is a negative for me since I'm a morning person. The price per session is what about what you should expect for a team. I've always paid about the same regardless whether it's here or over at Resolute.

The building needs to be remodeled but the kids are happy to do Crew soccer here. I do love the smell of popcorn whenever I do a drop off at this building. No there is no theme. I do not love popcorn. i do not love popcorn.

This is one of the most poorly run party venues I have ever experienced. I bought a Groupon for a party. Over the course of two weeks, I left 5 messages and sent 2 emails through their website and never got a response to book the party I had paid for. Finally, I got lucky and a person answered the phone when I called. He took down all my information to schedule the party, including the 3 inflatables I wanted to use. I asked him to send an email confirming the details of the party. He never did. I then left voice mail messages to the number on the website (that goes to the manager's cell phone) and emails asking for a confirmation - I heard nothing in return. The morning of the party, I was kind of panicked, so I called again and left a message. A little while later the manager called saying they did not have me booked for a party (frustrating since I spoke to one of his employees in great detail about the details of the party when I scheduled), but someone was heading up to the facility to let me in. They had rented out the inflatables I had requested, so they were not going to be there for the kids (others were substituted). The manager kind of shifted the blame to his employees for not giving him the information, which doesn't really fly since the phone number I had been repeatedly calling and leaving numbers on goes to his cell phone. We showed up for the party (never mind the broken down, dirty facility - the kids didn't seem to mind or care) and things seemed to be going ok until the food was supposed to be there. Apparently, nobody had followed through that day to order the food that was to arrive at 12:30 (you would think with as many things as they had already messed up, that they might really try to be on top of that). An order for pizza was finally put in and my hungry kids had to wait an extra 50 minutes for food (it finally arrived at 1:20). This place seems fine for a spring break camp or something not very important, but I would never recommend anyone book an actual party with them.

Second time I went to watch granddaughters soccer game, second time no team showed up to play. I get it, you got their money so you could care less. Very disappointing for players and families that come to play/watch. Not impressed with soccer management, but you got your money and that seems to be all that matters.

The activities that go on here are great. However the customer service is horrible. There is never anybody tending the concession stands and the operations manager is the rudest person I've ever met. He made me and my kids feel very unwelcome. I will most likely not be going back there.

I brought my daughter here for soccer. This place is disgusting. The smell when you walk in made me sick to my stomach. It smells like a sewer. There were drunk people walking around being very obnoxious and rude. My daughter was afraid to go to the bathroom by herself. I was just as nervous. I then asked one of the workers who turned out to be the Manager of the place (Ben Zirkes) if it was always like this? He was just as rude and obnoxious. He basically said if I didn't like it I didn't have to be there. He said that there was nothing he could really do as long as the people weren't hurting anyone., and b/c it is a sports facility I shouldn't expect it to be clean. I understand that, but for it to smell like raw sewage was just ridiculous. I will NEVER take my kid back here. I wanted to come back for axe throwing, but thanks to him I won't be doing that either.
