Food was good, pulled pork bbq especially good. Friendly service. Good location in the Rocky boots outlet store.

Nice little place inside Rocky's, we stopped in for a quick lunch as we were out for a drive. Great bbq, quick and friendly service.

This isn't a standalone restaurant; it's a small eatery located within the Rocky Boot Store. That said, the standout feature here is the friendly and helpful staff. On the downside, the BBQ leaves much to be desired. I ordered the Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Pulled Chicken platter for $15.99. While the price seemed reasonable for the variety, the food disappointed. All the meats were dry and tasted like leftovers from the previous day, lacking freshness. The saving grace was the flavorful sauces and tasty sides, including cheesy potatoes and reaper sauce. The mini corn muffins and fries were also enjoyable.Be cautious if the server suggests "to-go" drinks; they'll add an extra $1.99 to the $2.99 you've already paid for soda.Overall, there are likely better BBQ options around. If you're in town for a train ride and want a quick bite, consider skipping the BBQ and opting for a burger or sandwich instead. Nevertheless, the staff deserves praise for their excellent service.

The meat was a little on the dry side. The fries and Mac and cheese were amazing! Great service!

I was very disappointed by this restaurant, their brisket was very dry, the cheesy potatoes had zero flavor, the Cole slaw was watery, Mac n' cheese was dried out and gritty becausethe sauce was broken, the tea tasted stale, truffles in the case tasted old and musty. The waitress forgot half the stuff we ordered and kept making trips because she wasn't able to remember anything more than one thing at a time.

We enjoyed lunch here- great place for kids. Service was friendly and quick. One drawback is you are eating in the center of a busy restaurant, so you don't get much privacy. We visited on a Saturday and the restaurant filled up quickly after the train came back from the noon tour. I guess that is a convenient thing about this restaurant, it's right next to the Hocking Valley scenic Railroad, so there is a lot to do in the area. The bike path is also nearby.

If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in at Starbrick BBQ. The brisket was super tender and had a great taste. The Mac and cheese was the perfect side.

The food and service were great. We took our granddaughter her for lunch when we visited her at the college. I would definitely eat here again.

Army Buddies stationed overseas together came down for Memorial Day weekend.We ordered several pounds of Smoked Meat, Mac and Cheese, and Coleslaw- Outstanding- Fun Time had by All.Five Star eats.......

Fantastic! Can't review much but I got the pulled chicken which was white meat, juicy and nice smoke flavor. That is almost unheard of at a bbq place anymore. Pulled pork was good too and the side salads are huge. All the sauces are great too. I'd eat here everyday if I could
