Stadz Pizzeria

This is slowly becoming one of my go to pizza places to sit down and eat!Great atmosphere and wonderful service. Staff is very polite and pleasant and goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Even the owner, Alex, will make his way around to check on you.Small intimate seating area is available where you can enjoy a nice selection of beers, watch the game in the TV, listen to the live music, or just enjoy the evening with friends.We have ordered a few different pizzas and have been very happy every time. The large salad is enough for two people to share. Have also gotten a few appetizers and have liked them.Stop in on a Saturday evening to enjoy live local music along with a nice beer and pizza. Alex will make sure you have fun and stop back.

This is definitely a hidden gem, even if many people would call it one of the top 5 pizza places in Central Ohio.... Its sort off the beat'n path. Well-- this place is amazing. Its a true pizza joint. A pizza joint with a huge focus on local music. So many local musicians signed headshots line the walls. The dining room isnt big. Maybe three booths with another six or seven tables. A small stage and an open kitchen. The vibe is really casual but the owner makes a true effort to not just say hi to the guests but to lightly socialize with them. It creates an even nicer vibe. So tip: if you are set on dining in... get there early. Otherwise you might find yourself in a take away type of situation vs dine in- as they have a regular following and it gets packed fast. Now lets hit the food! Wow. Wow. Wow. If you havent been. Just get in the car and go. Its that good. The onion rings are what seems beer battered or tempura batter. They serve a good amount with their servings. Fried pepperoni is excellent. Also a lot for the price point. We ordered a large salad and it was more than enough to split between two people. Their small pizza is more than enough to split between two people. We ordered a large. Split between two people, ate til we got full and still had a half pizza to enjoy the next day. Lets revisit the pizza. It is AMAZING. This yelper isnt a fan of thin pizza usually... but this pizza... its thin, its bottom isnt too greasy. Its not too charred, it has that perfect crisp not just on the edges but in the middle. Gas plenty of cheese and toppings. We ordered pepperoni and mushrooms. We were looking for something different and low key after the holidays and came across Stadz. I can't believe we'be not heard more about this place. Great thin crust pizza served super hot, cold beer with multiple varieties on tap, fantastic live music that didn't stop conversations, and incredibly nice service. From owner Alex who introduced himself to the waitress and busboy, everyone was fantastically friendly. I loved seeing the signs from the old Shakey's pizzeria in Whitehall, and having Alex share his connection to them. And the band members circulated and were great to talk to too. Just a perfectly friendly night! We will be back!

New to the area and first time at Stadz.. Excellent experience! My veggie pizza (add pineapple!) was delicious. Thin well cooked crust and a nice balance of sauce, cheese and fresh ingredients. I had a glass of red wine (Cabaret Sauvignon) that even though served in a plastic glass, was really good and cost less than $5 (compared to the more common $10-$15/glass prices you see).My server was very attentive and pleasant throughout.I arrived later in a Saturday evening and there were various musicians playing live music, with a bit of folk vibe. It was very enjoyable/relaxing. At one point the owner came over and introduced himself asking if was my first time in, and welcoming me. A really nice touch!I get the impression this place is once of those gems where the vibes are as important as the food. A rarity these days. Will definitely be back.

We arrived at 6 and they could not seat us. They had entertainment tonight so I guess that was the issue. Lots of disappointed people were walking out like we were.

We recently grabbed a quick dinner here. Service was great, pizza was OK. It's a little kind of divey (that's a good thing, btw) pizza place over in Blacklick/Gahanna. They do Columbus style pizza, with a decent selection of toppings and some subs. Wine and beer, not listed in the menu, but on the sign board up by the bar. The guys got drafts and I had a glass of Riesling. There are a lot of fun signs/posters up on the walls. They advertise live music, but it's got to be tight in there on show nights!There were 3 of us, so we went with a large half cheese/half bacon and a side of the cheesey garlic bread. The bread was really yummy, comes with some marinara sauce and it was a really generous portion. The pizza was OK. It comes out HOT - lava-like cheese fresh from the firey portal of heck hot. This is the most acceptable way to serve pizza, so I was impressed. And, it stayed HOT, almost the entire time we were eating it! The crust was really crispy, but the sauce was off for me. It wasn't sweet, and it wasn't overly seasoned or spicy. I like lots of sauce and lots of flavor, so this one just didn't hit it for me.

My top three favorite pizza places of all time. I'm so glad I live nearby. There really isn't that much to say because it's all so perfect! Pizza, breads, subs, & salads- perfect!

A picture's worth a thousand words. Disappointed is an understatement. Cheese and sauce as the base of pizza toppings seems to be missing on a lot of this hot mess.

Amazing service and food, 10/10 would recommend anyone near by coming here. Live music when we walked in and staff was so friendly.
