I was introduced to Sprouting Dreams at a vegan pop-up market. I saw the crowd of people around their table, so figured I'd see what they're all about. Apparently, they are rather well known in the Columbus area by the vegan population. From what I could gather, this is a family affair: daughter is the chef and builds the menu, with the help of her mother. I tried their vegan burger. They make their own vegan honey mustard sauce to go on it, which I thought was good, but a bit overpowering; should have asked for lite sauce. The vegan protein party could have used a some more umph in the flavor department, but it was still a solid meal. Anyone attempting to venture out and appease the masses deserves a nod.

Disclaimer: haven't tried the food. Waited in line more than 1 hour to order. Then waited 45 minutes to get food and there were still 3 orders ahead of me. Had to abandon ship- ended up giving buzzer to someone waiting in line. Hope they enjoyed the free Mac and cheese bowl. I'm fine waiting for quality food but this was just not acceptable. Poorly managed, beware

Sprouting Dreams meals are absolutely delicious! And the prices are good too. We have been buying their meal prep packages and we love them. The servings are for 2-4 and it's a lot of food! My husband (who's a big guy) and I ate the meals for dinner and we both had leftovers for lunch the next day. The smoked jackfruit, cornbread and collards greens was our favorite! We also loved the chick'n biscuit meal (see pic). We can't wait to try all of her dishes. She has upcoming casseroles and Thanksgiving meals that we have already pre-ordered. The meals are flavorful, nutritious, filling and most importantly VEGAN!
