My boyfriend recently moved in these apartments so I'm there quite often . There was a lot of mix ups on his move in date . 1. He paid his deposit well in advance and on the move in date , they showed that he didn't . 2. No one communicated with him about the pro rated cost of moving in 3 days before the first. So besides all the stress of moving , he also had to deal with that . From the things he has told me about the people in the leasing office , they are very rude.He has a two - bedroom , two bath and in my personal opinion, these are very nice apartments. The price definitely reflects that as well. I also feel if you are paying a lot to live someplace , you should be able to have lots of freedom and be treated good. They have a very inconvenient rule about parking. The only people that can park right in front of the apartments are the people they live there and are there every day . If anyone else does . You get your car towed. Now they do have two guest spots; about ten parking spots each . About a five minute walk from his apartment . But this complex is pretty big. Right now it's not so bad but in the winter this will be brutal. Sometime I get off late and are the spots all taken . So it's a really silly rule to me . This complex also has LOTS of potholes that I'm wondering if they will ever fix.Right now , all I can say about this place is the apartments are pretty nice .. It's the middle of May and the pool isn't open yet so that's really all to it .

I love the price for the garden flat 2 bedroom 2 bath & the fact there is security patrol. I didn't mind getting a new sex offender notice every week. What makes this such a negative experience is Birdie. I talk to many of the other residences and they all agree that she's the worst Leasing person to deal with after she gets you to sign that lease. She tells you one thing, and then when you call her on it she says she never said what she promised. Maintenance was a massive pain in the butt too. I had to write to corporate to get something that was promised and the manager got mad at me. Not my fault she's never around to talk to about things.

I applied there online and through emails. I was moving to Columbus Ohio from out of state. I paid application fee and holding fee both at thr same time. When I arrived to New city and the day I was supposed to move in the apartment was not ready. I complained about there breach in contract and the broken trust for not having the apartment and they new I was traveling there and had good faith in them and trust.i was broken learning I was not going to get an apartment after all. They offered another apartment. I did not want to see it based on how wrong I was done in the beginning let's me know they would do worse to me over a 13 month lease. So I count is as a loss. I lost $300deling with spring creek apartments. I was homeless for a week. Thank God I was approved for a much better, nice and competent staff in the office at my new apartment home.

RUN FOR THE HILLS, DO NOT RENT HERE!Only live here if you're like me and can afford the hood. This place is awful, but you get what you pay for. Spring Creek Apartments just charged me twenty bucks for changing my own blinds. This month alone the heat has broken 5 times. Dead center of the ghetto with no entertainment or amenities nearby, and the sounds of gunshots and police helicopters will keep you up at night. Apartments inside are dirty, old, have ancient appliances that aren't energy efficient, and are impossible to heat at a consistent temperature. RUN FOR THE HILLS, DO NOT RENT HERE!

I lived at Spring Creek on two separate occasions, both a few years apart. The first time was fine but the second, most recent time, was a nightmare. I lived in a two bedroom 2 bath townhome , just my toddler son and I. Price $850/mo. That price was fine but the monthly electric bill was astronomical at $350-400/mo though aep. I work full time and was only home in the evenings. I kept my temp around 72-77 (at its warmest. After the first $383 bill in January I started cutting the heat off every day and only turned it one to 70 before bed (it was freezing) my son and I slept in my room with a space heater and put plastic over the windows to minimize the air. After a month of nearly freezing to death I was for sure the bill would be lowered. It wasn't, Feb's bill came in a $365. i filled a complaint with both the rental office as well as the city utilities Commission, all of which assured me everything was correct with my meter and such. March's bill was again around $370. I called AEP nearly 20x trying to get an explanation as to why my bill was so high.. the answer i got, verbatim, from multiple employees "it looks like the bill is around this price every year." Ive lived in all electric units since for years upon years and I can assure you that a $383 monthly bill is incorrectly for someone who works full time and only occupies the 2 bedroom, 900sq ft apt a few hours a night. Just please be aware.
