I only came here for driving range which was pretty peaceful. You buy a bucket of balls and then help yourself (with your own clubs and such). It's nice if you really want to do that, but if you're just looking for something fun to do, it may not be as enticing. SportsOhio seems pretty run-down most days. People only come for specific activities. I think before it used to be a place you could make a day out of, but it just seems neglected now. I didn't see that many employees around. It honestly seems pretty self-serve to a degree. The driving range was nice but nothing special. There were a few other groups, all just doing their own thing. I had a nice time, but I think I could've had that nice time just about anywhere.

Spent a few hours here for Father's Day. The Mini Golf was $6 per person and the set up is pretty, but the greens are not all well taken care of (water puddles on a 92 degree, sunny day). Still was fun and good value. The Go-Karts were $8 per person for a 5-minute ride. The course is pretty fun and good for young drivers. They also have a smaller Kart course for little kids to ride on their own with a staff member walking behind them to keep them safe. They have 9 batting cages and a Par 3 18-hole golf course that is good for beginners and those looking to improve their short game. The concession area is well stocked and fairly priced. Overall not a huge, busy outdoor activity area, but definitely fun and relatively inexpensive.

Took my kids to mini golf and then batting cages. Golf was good, batting cages were NOT. Both of the slow pitch machines were not working and they refused to give me a refund for their equipment problems. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I hope they enjoyed ripping me and my family off, that is the last of my money Sports Ohio will ever see.

If you hate your children, go here!! They will hate them, too!!!On 3/13/13, my 2-1/2 year old son attended the first class of the 2-3 Year old Little Champions program, described as an "eight week program focusing on stretching, running, pushing, rolling, kicking, throwing and hitting a ball. This program will also include other developmental skills of teamwork, cooperation, listening, and participation," costing $140.00.The instructor, a female--who never introduced herself, so I don't know her name--taught the class like a drill instructor, with little to no encouragement for the children. When they didn't follow direction, she was visibly and audibly perturbed. Instead of leading by example (e.g.-"Let's march, march march, follow me!!," while marching with the kids, she simply told them to do it. "Do you know how to march? (the kids start marching) Nooooo!! Stop!!! Wait till I say go!" The kids spent more time being told to "stand on the white line" than actually doing anything physical. This resulted in the children being admonished, rather than completing a task and being celebrated. Lastly, since she spent so much time focused on compliance (and maybe because she was so frustrated), at 5:43 PM, she filled the bouncy house with air, pulled out a bucket of balls and had the parents play with the kids for the remaining 17 minutes. So 1/3 of the class that I paid, my son spent time doing what he would do at home. Well, at least he was happier than he was while he was standing on the white line. By the way, did I add that there were ONLY THREE CHILDREN IN THE CLASS.She lacked patience and excitability--two cornerstone behaviors needed to teach (three) toddlers. Maybe her style works for older kids, but it does not work for toddlers. I am highly disappointed and expected more from SportsOhio.PART II:I sent the above communication to [email protected] on 3/14/13 and requested a refund. He never responded. I sent a follow up communication on 3/20/13, cc'ing his boss. Shortly thereafter, I received a return phone call from Mr. Springer, who told me that the female was "one of the favorite" instructors and that no, he would not grant me a refund. Instead, I received a credit. Now I can bring my son back to be treated like crap on a different day! Yay for me!!!I can't endorse or stand by a business that can't stand by their own services. Lack of communication or resolution to my dissatisfaction equates to lack of respect for their customers. If you're ok with this, I encourage you to go the SportsOhio!

Terrible staff. Terrible Human Resources. Terrible basketball courts. Terrible refs. I highly recommend you take your money somewhere else.

this place doesn't deserve the 1 star I gave it.. absolutely horrible customer service at the golf center.. i bought the 100.00 swinger card , buy rounds a couple times a week at the wee links 9 hole and buy equipment /food and drinks from the pro shop every time I'm there.. I made the mistake of hitting balls in a section that was not clearly marked closed (which is the main section and I was literally the only customer on site at the time btw ). The pro shop manger comes out with a horrible attitude accusing me of purposely walking past the sign that says " tee closed" directly next to the area I always see golf instructors teaching at and no where near the walking path. I had walked down to the next section before hand where a sign says "area closed" so I felt I was ok to hit in the main driving range. The mangager than told me to go hit at the indoor area where there was 2 workers power washing the inside of the building... thanks! Ha... I went in to ask for a refund to my swinger card and the manger than snapped at me " can't you read the no refund sign" ( I was asking for a 6.00 refund btw) . At this point now I'm getting upset because of how this guy is acting and I ask him " why are you being such a d*ck" where he than starts telling me he is retired vet and he doesn't care if he is in Dublin and people like me can't just act like the customer is always right.. 1st of all I drive an hour round trip to play here and I'm not from Dublin... as I left I said I would be making a bad review because of his customer service and he said he was going to ban me for life from the complex.. at his point I wouldn't feel comfortable going back there but I have a 70.00 balance on my card I can't get a refund for.. don't go here...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was in there Field Sports basketball league. Me and the ref had some disagreements on some things and I asked to speak to a manager. He wasn't at first but that's all he did was listen and nothing was done at all solve the issue. Me and the rough continue to bump heads on this issue and when it came down to it he kicked me out The League because his ref continued to say that I was cussing and yelling and causing scenes. I never once cussed I never once yelled me and him definitely were not having a cordial conversation but I never was yelling or cussing at anybody. I asked once again to speak to a manager when I went up to the front. When he came out he just had his finger held out pointing toward the door and told me to get out. And asking for an explanation as to why I was being kicked out he proceeded to tell me that he's going to call the cops as I was not doing anything I was just standing there asking for an explanation in front of 40 some people in the lobby he was just trying to embarrass me I felt like. I walk out I walk out because I feel at this point there's no need to have the cops show up for this. The team captain then talked to the manager and he says that I will not be kicked out that I will be allowed out next week. Come to find out he was just saying that to get them out he emailed me and told me that I would not be allowed to resume playing in the league. I asked to speak to his manager his manager calls me and has the same attitude just completely dismissive of me he didn't want to listen to any comments that I had I asked for a refund because I feel like for my money I didn't get anything for what I paid for. He told me there is nothing he can do so I didn't ask for a corporate number and he tells me that it's going to stop where he's at and that they're going to tell me the same thing. I proceeded to ask for the corporate number just so I can hear the same thing and he hangs up on me. I was completed like complete crap throughout the whole process no one wanted to listen to anything I had to say I don't understand why it was like that at all I was not being unruly or aggressive or mean to anybody and that way I was always respectful and try to talk to people about my problems and no one wanted to listen and continue to be dismissive and we will no longer participate in their basketball leagues which is a dump of a basketball league anyway they have terrible courts very short courts very broken down panels of wood dead spots on the court the Hoops move when you dunk on them it's a very very unsafe place to even play basketball besides don't have much room you run into a garage door on the on one side. And all this for a total of 699 for your basketball team it's kind of crazy to think that. Please save yourself hassle and play ball somewhere else

This is what was offered for the party package...PACKAGE INCLUDES:Birthday party host1 hour of inflatables* or organized sport activities (soccer, kickball, basketball, dodgeball, etc), or a combination1 hour in private party areaT-shirt for birthday childInvitations and paper productsThe party host was almost never around. When we got there, the 2 guys working at the facility seemed confused. I had to ask them to point us where we were supposed to go, where I could store the cake. Once we got into the room - We were all just waiting upstairs (it overlooks the whole facility & all of the sport's fields). We kept waiting until the girls took it upon themselves to walk onto the field because we were just standing there.Organized sports - Not at all. When I think organized, I think someone there assisting, Making sure the rules are known, helping, as needed, pretty much keeping the fun & such there. (Also part of being the host). Deanna asked to play Kickball & Volleyball. That was told to the people when I booked the party. When we got there, I asked if they would start on Volleyball or Kickball first. I was told they "didn't have enough time to set up a volleyball net" Although, I asked for that specifically BEFORE paying a deposit. They played 23 minutes of kickball that one of the girl's father pitched because the "party host / organizer" was nowhere to be found.We did have a private area. We were NOT allowed to bring outside food. I ordered 5 pizza's @ $15 each. NO ONE ate it; the girls all picked at it & said it was gross. I paid $1.50 per party guest for "unlimited drinks" they were offered a can of soda.. One time. Never got anything else.She did get a T-shirt, but who cares lol.I never got invitations. I served the pizza because the "host" just dropped it off & went about his way.The whole thing was a shit show.I contacted the corporate office, I felt as if I did NOT get the service that I paid for. I was offered a "$50 cash refund & 10 passes to the fun zone". I do not want to go to the fun zone. I do not want to go back. I spent $300 for a party that I could have easily thrown in my backyard free. I have a kick ball, I have bases & I have the space. What I wanted was an easygoing party. What I paid for was someone else to do that party. Many parents do party's at establishments like this so that the cleanup is not hard on them, or the running around is less & you get to ENJOY your kids party. That did not happen. I did NOT get the service that I paid for. The $50 refund was honestly ridiculous. I paid for a service & accommodations that were not provided. I do NOT recommend a party here.

This place was absolutely awful, no refunds, and slow carts I even tried to ask for an exchange and they refused I very dislike this place and the staff don't go here ever
