Very fun and energetic atmosphere! Love the yoga at the end to really wind down and feel refreshed. Clean, new equipment. Non-intimidating. Very fast paced so if you're new to fitness, just jump in and don't be afraid to ask the instructors for help on form, etc, they are all very friendly.

Spenga Hilliard how I love you! I decided to try this place after passing it I dunno how many times on Cemetery road and I'm so glad I did! It's 20 minutes spin, 20 minutes strength training and 20 minutes yoga. I left there feeling fabulous! Fun energizing music, spin & yoga in the dark, motivating, positive instructors & cool vibes! Try it!

The people are so nice the staff exceptional. The concept makes sense 20 minutes spin 20 minutes strength 20 minutes yoga. However yoga classes are nothing more than stretching, and the strength portion there is no attention pay to form no modification adjustment for limitations. If you are in great shape meaning no knee issues back issues and you know yoga you will find this work out great. Personally didn't work for me.

This is the best place! Staff very kind and inviting. When you are a newbie it doesn't feel awkward. Instructors are in tune to the class. Emotionally and physically life changing!!!

Spenga-Hilliard OH charged my credit card unethically when I sent a medical letter to them to pause my membership. They confirmed receipt of the letter with no issues then charged my account and refused to refund my money. I also had to reach out several times and they would not respond and when they did, they were extremely rude about the entire thing and told me prices went up which had nothing to do with my membership hold. It looks like another member in May complained of the same thing. They also refuse to give me a copy of the contract although I didn't get one when I signed. Even if I did and I lost it, they still refused to give it to me. Highly unprofessional.

I joined Spenga last summer as a "Founding Member." The classes and teachers are great. HOWEVER, once you join, don't count on being able to cancel your membership without paying to do so. In December I had a knee injury, and tried to cancel. They talked me into a medical leave for 6 months. I agreed. About a month before that 6 months had passed, I advised them that I would not be able to come back due to the knee injury. I was told I had to pay $99 more to cancel. I told them that I had not been there since December, nor was I able to come back. I got no response when I questioned the "cancellation fee," but was charged the $99. I am very disappointed that I had to pay $99 when I had not been there since December, nor was I able to go back. It is extremely expensive to begin with, and to charge $99 to cancel is outrageous!!! I would not recommend joining this club for this reason.
