Sparta Steak House & Lounge

Truly disappointed in how it's went down in flavor, friendliness and the temperature in the room is colder than a stepmother's love! When we "mentioned" politely, without complaining, the owner/manager basically said "our regulars" like it! Get over it!

Always amazing food, service, and drinks. Cannot go wrong. One of my favorite spots in Canton for sure!!!

Always a great meal/ steak with awesome blueberry martinis ! Every one is friendly. The restaurant may not look like it from the outside , but the awesome food speaks for itself !

Food and service were absolutely spot on!!! Great place for big party's. They handled our party of 12 without a problem.

Blacken Cajun platter was excellent. Filet, chicken and shrimp. Would definitely go there again Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and fun

I want to keep patronizing this place but the food has been hit or miss the last couple of times. Last night, it took over an hour and a half to get our meals. Three of the 4 steaks were served nearly raw,not the medium and medium rare we ordered. For a place that specializes in steaks, this is inexcusable, especially at the prices they charge. The waitress was very friendly and was genuinely upset about the steaks. She offerEd to have them redone but by this time we had been there 2 hours and no one wanted to wait even longer. She did get the bill adjusted but we would rather have had a good meal.

Excellent good, excellent service! Sparta never disappoints !! Also the blueberry Martini, is awesome!

Since chef Richard has left the restaurant is ok but not great. Very slow getting food out from the kitchen and not the attention to detail that we have come to expect from the past

Food is really good! I had the petite filet with goat cheese and bacon. Service is good! Blueberry Martini is worth the visit!
