Southside Brewing

Ridiculous experience. Beautiful setting. If want scenery and not much else, come by...otherwise move along. First they offer a wood-fired pizza that gets absolutely no char. I think a microwave could brown these pies better. If this were peak hours and busy I might understand it. (Ever see a thin crust pizza fold like this?) But it was lunch on a Thursday. Then the person I was with ordered same thing two minutes later. His pie wasn't served with mine, or even 10 mins later. Had to ask for it and it was blamed on wifi not getting order to outside kitchen. Don't even think about the beer. Take this off your brewery visit list.

Pint of beer is $3.75 with tax. Unfortunately they only make one, the Golden Ale, which has a weird aftertaste. Pizzas looked good, and several were enjoying the wine and man on electric guitar. Worth a stop; easy on and off 70.

Ridiculous is right. A brewery with no beer?!?! WTF?!?! Thanks for wasting my time, no beer just wine. Change your name or brew some beer and have it onsite, this is false advertising. Thanks again for wasting my time...

Very good pizza. Thin and crispy! Beer selection is limited. We went on a Monday and they were out of a few things. Excellent outside seating and view.
