A little vineyard haven tucked away in a residential neighborhood in Powell. A visit to this winery makes for a perfect summer evening in a beautiful setting. I thought the red wines were much better (and drier) than the whites, and particularly enjoyed the Landon Noir. They also have cider and wine slushies. They are open on Fridays and Saturdays only. They have a small stage area for live music, and most people brought their own chairs and blankets for seating outdoors.

This is one of our favorite wineries in the city. We haven't visited in years and were excited to stop by again recently. The indoor space is cozy and when the weather allows there is a nice outdoor space. Always recieve wonderful service and the wine is fantastic. We love the dry red options as well as some of the dry whites. Would highly recommend stopping by for a visit.

This winery is very good. All of the wines we tried were very good. Received free tasting if you purchas a bottle. We purchased a case in which was worth it.

This was my first time here but I'll definitely be back! Wine tastings allow you to taste 6 wines. They have a great variety that offers both dry and sweet. They even have wine slushies available for tasting and purchase. They don't have crackers out for cleansing the palate, only small bites for purchase. I'm excited to come back during the summer months. They have live music out on the patio with beautiful views of the vineyards!

This is another true Ohio Winery. All the grapes/juice for their wine is grown right on the property. You pass the wines as your drive up the driveway, making for a grand entrance. Makes you feel like your in a Wine County, not Ohio. We on a whim went to this winery in the middle of their annual chili cook off. It made for a fun, inviting and bustling scene. We also has a good number of chili to try. We sampled found a few we liked. We ended up buying the Cayuga White, which is a off dry white wine. The cranberry was especially good mulled, but I did not care for it on its own. I will have to visit this winery again, at a time where I can enjoy the vines and learn more about the wines when the winemakers are not so busy with other things.

Not all Ohio wineries and Ohio wines are created equal. Some simply order up "juice" (made from grapes grown elsewhere) or even an entire kit from a distributor and then simply mix and ferment . . . .if you do those last steps in Ohio, I guess you can call it an "Ohio wine."Soine Vineyards serves up what I would consider to be true Ohio Wine - mostly made from grapes grown right there in Powell. Now, I know what you're thinking, "ugh, some more sickly sweet Ohio wine." Oh contraire, Soine has an entire array of wines to please any palate (I love dry reds and greatly enjoyed the Duove).Another word on vineyards - many that do grow their own grapes in Ohio close down for the winter. Soine, on the other hand, stays open, making it the ideal destination for one of those "what are we going to do" cabin fever, wintery weekends. Soine also always has some interesting events on the calendar (a chili cook off . . . chocolate cook off, etc. etc.) The people who run the place are also super nice and provide excellent service and conversation (if you desire) while you sip your wine. The wife and I love the fact that we stumbled upon Soine on one of our "what are we doing today" Saturdays. From the wine, to the service - it was a definite five star experience at a working vineyard right here in our own back yard!

Brought an entire group of friends to try this place out for the first time, and to be honest, the staff were incredibly rude. We ordered flights and only got half of them per person, so one of us went in to ask about the remaining samples. A little while later another one of us went in to order something, and overheard the staff behind the bar talking negatively about us asking for the rest of our samples "XXX is cut off, she's being rude." Mind you, we had only had half a flight each at this point, so not accurate, just petty and inappropriate. We tried to support a new local venue and were so disappointed and felt so uncomfortable we couldn't wait to leave. So upset I dragged people out there for this.

Soine Vineyards is worth a visit for a drink or tasting. Nice space and very good wine. I particularly liked the Landot Noir and Duove. It's also worth considering for events. We rented their cellar room for a small birthday party, and Soine Vineyards was extremely accommodating. They took what is essentially a warehouse-type space for the wine and decorated it, so that it looked classy for a 70th birthday party. Long table, complete with tablecloth and decorative lighting around the equipment. From the time I inquired about the party until the day we held it, Eric was extremely responsive and helpful. The rental rate was reasonable, and our entire group enjoyed our time there. We'll definitely be back.
