The area's is alittle run down due to being next to wingstop. Wingstop drink cups in the parking lot and bag's sometime's laying around. Inside the smoothie king is ok doesn't really give a vibe of a place you would want to sit inside and drink.i don't normally see anyone inside there either. The drive thru line is normally long. And also there is a long wait alot of time's. The morning's are the best to go. Smoothies are good and so are the fruit bowl's depending on who make's them.

My son gave me a coupon for a freebie and not wanting to pass up a freebie decided to go. First of all this place is immaculate - it shines. Extensive selection depending on what you want - energize, treat, weight loss and other categories I can't remember also lots of vegan options. I was clueless and told my person that. Decided that I wanted a treat and I liked thicket. Said she could make thinner or thicker. She suggested Island Impact - mango, papaya, pineapple juice with other stuff made thicker. It was delish - icy cold andcrefreshing. You can also add extra protein to smoothies but this already had a bit.

My lord the service was slow. We had a group and some of us got to order and get our smoothies but we had a few sit in line for more than 15 minutes and never order while they prioritized only the drive thru line. A few left without ever placing an order. Def need to learn how to handle both the drive thru and walk ins.

the restaurant was pretty clean, they got our order correct, and the smoothies were great. the staff was friendly, and the cashier did mention the app (which i have and did use). they have a drive thru also which is nice.

5-Star Review for Smoothie King #1912I had an amazing experience at Smoothie King, thanks to Si (Silas)! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu and rewards program. I wasn't necessarily interested in downloading the app, but Si took the time to explain the benefits in a way that made sense, and he was so helpful that I figured--why not? He even walked me through the setup process, which ended up saving me $3 on my purchase that same day!I didn't get a smoothie or bowl for myself, but I ordered the PB Swizzle as a birthday treat for my best friend. When I mentioned that, Si went the extra mile, making sure it was crafted with care and even adding a little drizzle of chocolate for some razzle-dazzle to make it extra special!What really stood out to me was how well Si handled everything while manning the store alone. His efficiency, professionalism, and positive attitude never wavered, even while juggling multiple responsibilities. I was so impressed that I even asked if customer compliments led to any employee rewards--I would have been more than happy to call and speak to leadership about the outstanding job he did.It's rare to find customer service that's this exceptional, but Si truly made my visit memorable. Bowls were amazing when they first started selling, now seems to be getting smaller every time I order, maybe it's because they're rushing to make...... cost to much to not be getting a full bowl, I'd rather wait if it gets me what I paid for.Other than that, luv smoothie king

Always a problem at drive-through. Second time same bad experience first time the app didn't work so they didn't get my order so I had to wait this time. They're having a problem with their drive-through equipment. I'm waiting outside. The girl said she'd bring the order to me because I am handicapped and I've been waiting here over 10 minutes,

I will never order from this location again. 2 weeks ago, I sat in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes, just to be told that they were only taking online orders or orders through the app. Today, I placed an order via the app, waited in line for 10 minutes, just to be told that my order that I paid for via the app, was not prepared because of some type of ticketing system issue. I was told that employees don't know how to make smoothies without a ticket so because my paid order via app didn't produce a ticket due to system issues, I couldn't receive my order. I then asked for a refund and was told that they were unable to do so. I asked for a manager, they said a manger was not on duty and to cancel my order via the app to try and get a refund that way. I pulled the app up and asked where do I request a refund. Through laughter from the employees, they told me that they don't know. This is completely unacceptable and not okay by any means. So I've spent the past hour sending emails to Smoothie King in an attempt to get a refund for my paid order that I did not receive. This is the epitome of bad business.
