Shrimp Lips Seafood and Chicken

I would recommend the hell out of this place to anyone. I was having a horrible day, and stopped in to try somewhere new; but the staff put a smile on my face and so did the food (great food). I hope to see this place thrive and will be ordering again

Very flavorful crawfish nachos. After eating these I think I would have preferred the shrimp nachos more but these were still good, just a little too fishy for me

This food truck is incredible! During Food Truck Festival, this was the first truck that we stopped by to check out after doing some initial research. When we arrived, they had a big line, so the assumption was the food had to be good. The menu was very extensive for a food truck, and we opted for the Lobster Fries. I was expecting big flavors, but wow these fries were so good. Crispy fries, creamy sauce, decadent lobster... what more could you ask for in a dish. 10/10 would recommend this food truck.

Oh. My. God. I'd been hearing about this place, when it was a food truck, but never seen it at gatherings and don't get down to Parsons often anymore. Now they have a little old ice cream stand building and today I happened to drive by it. Lots on the menu looked good. Tried to get stuff Baby K would eat. They said the seasoning isn't hot, and it wasn't. Flavorful, but not spicy. Ended up with a half shrimp, with fries and a half cob of corn; added Cajun egg and sausage, and mac, and took greens, and red beans and rice, home for Sweetie.The shrimp were amazing. Big ones, perfectly cooked, lightly seasoned. I think it was Baby K's first time trying fried shrimp, and she kept saying "I want to eat these every day!" The fries were also lightly seasoned, thick, perfectly cooked. Yum. The corn had seasoning on it too, and was very good. The Cajun egg was a hard boiled egg with seasoning on it; the sausage a short link of mild sausage with some seasoning on top. Both good, though not as great as the shrimp and fries. The greens had sausage and okra in them; I liked them, but Sweetie isn't an okra fan. The red beans and rice were a bit spicy for her but good, and she ate them all so I can't comment on the heat level. The mac and cheese (plain, not lobster) was very good. Creamy, tasty. A little seasoning sprinkled on top.Wish it was closer. I want to try everything else here. Service was great. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. There are two little tables out front, which is where we ate, but you should probably plan on taking it home.

I really enjoyed my meal from shrimp limps! The catfish was amazing and it was fried perfectly. They were huuggge! The lobster Mac and gumbo was sooo good. I actually went because they had crinkle cut fries and fell in love with the catfish. I'll definitely be returning soon!

If you haven't been here yet, what are you waiting for?! Contrary to popular belief, they do NOT sell actual shrimp lips, but they DO sell amazingly delicious seafood. I had the shrimp taco with fries and I haven't stopped thinking about it!The owners are kind and community-oriented. Definitely come for the food, keep coming back for the community

Delicious. The half shrimp platter is plenty of food, and everything is made fresh when you order. They do have the option of ordering online, but I only waited maybe 10 minutes on a Friday afternoon. The shrimp are juicy and the fry batter is nice and crunchy, the fries are well-made, and even the broccoli is delicious without cheese sauce. Everything is covered in some kind of Cajun seasoning and possibly melted butter? Whatever it is, it's great and I need more of it in my life.

YOU GUYSSSS. THEY STARTED DOING DELIVERY! For someone who works at home and was seriously craving seafood, comfort food, as well as wanting to support local businesses... This was a great find! I have heard about shrimp lips for a while and figured I can give it a shot. Most of the time I always change my my mind to something closer to home and miss out on this great food. No longer is that an issue with businesses creating their own delivery channels in the wake of the pandemic. So this was a welcomed treat! Shrimp Lips is this little food truck on Parsons Avenue and I live closer to Italian Village so it was easy to order. The prices are a little steep for anyone who just want something quick but considering I want a great food and supporting local black businesses, the price didn't matter. I wanted some fish and shrimp so that's what I got! I ordered the Fish and Shrimp platter and a small lobster mac n' cheese and let me tell you, it was delicious! Any leftovers were easily heated up in the oven for the next day's meal. My friends are now demanding where I got my food! Shrimp Lips get ready, because your business is about to explode! Five stars!

The best Cajun Pasta and Cajun Seafood I had I really enjoyed it definitely gate keeping this spot.

I ordered the lobster fries today, since I was on this side of town. Amazing as always full of flavor and lobster. I've been supporting since they opened and will continue to support. Customer service is always great, greeted with a smile and thanked for the continued support.
