Shorty's Ice Cream Parlor

Tasty ice cream across from the town gazebo. We came for the gnomes and enjoyed the ice cream. Very friendly service. It was a nice evening so we went and sat at the gazebo. All solid 4/5 ratings for the ice cream!

I got coconut ice cream, and it was really good! The staff were really nice and fun to be around, and we could tell this was just a really fun place to be in. The washboards were also really cool and something I wasn't expecting myself to look at.

We are on vacation in Hocking Hills & have to admit this is our 3rd time here-the ice cream is that good! And Shorty is so pleasant to talk to.

We are camping at Hocking Hills state park, and after reading a lot of bad reviews for the local ice cream place, we decided to drive into Logan to get ice cream. SO glad we did! The ice cream here was SO good. I got the salted Carmel truffle, my husband got the mint chocolate chip. Creamy and so tasty. We even got pup cups for our dogs that were prepackaged. They loved them. We will definitely come back here next time we are in the area. Oh, and the service was great too. Very friendly.

when we went in we were told to hang on. they were talking. the ice cream was decent tasting. the portion they give you compared to other shops in town and prices is not good. the portion is small. they kind of gyp you on the amount they give you. the store seems pretty cool. it's calm and quiet.

I paid $4 for one scoop of icecream and it was the size of a golf ball. It all came from the bottom of a nearly empty container and it tasted like it too. I tossed it. Very disappointed.
