My husband and I booked SNTC for our 08/01/2021 wedding in June of 2021. Payment was required in full which wasn't a problem. What was a problem was after payment was dropped off to a secondary business that the partners of SNTC own as well because that is the address on the SNTC contract, communication with anyone from SNTC was nearly impossible, and THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. I would initiate every conversation that concerned my reservation from receipt of check, confirmation of the reservation (10 days prior to the date of wedding), and asking to connect with our trolley driver to plan out logistics multiple times only to have that request pushed off until July 25th were I would ask to connect with our driver via email with no response. Many of my emails would be (from my perspective) ignored. All of my phone calls would go unanswered and only one voice message was ever returned with a proper phone call from the owner. I would confirm our reservation for August 1st on July 21st. The owner would confirm for me that we were on their schedule on July 23rd and that would be the last time that I heard from the SNTC until August 4th when I finally had an email from the owner responding to my email from August 2nd describing the reality that his company didn't show up, apologizing for the mishap, placing all responsibility on his logistics service partner for no-showing, and asking for an address to mail a check back to me. I called SNTC 3 or 4 times on my wedding day! Completely unacceptable!!!I had ZERO reason to believe that the check would actually be put in the mail; so I would repeatedly have to ask to come down to the downtown office (not the gym) to pick up the check in person and talk with the owner and the logistics service partner to discuss what happened with our reservation. Eventually, I would end up texting the owner to coordinate a conversation and refund. Ultimately, the owner ended up sending my refund via venmo due to his busy schedule and not wanting to hold up my refund - this I can appreciate and was thankful for. As for the conversation with him and his logistics service partner, that probably won't ever happen. Haven't heard from him or any other company rep since 8/4/2021. I would exercise extreme caution in using SNTC. I am not the only customer they have stood up and I made the mistake in thinking that accidents happen - no showing a customer wouldn't happen twice by the same company. It did and our entire guest list (144 people) plus other vendors and our venue all know what transportation company to avoid in the future.

I have been on the Trolley a few times now and always have a blast! The trolley is a fun, unique way to make pit stops throughout Columbus with a group of friends. You can even sign up with a small group and make new friends!Definitely worth checking out!

I don't always leave reviews - but the service I got from these fine gentleman warrants a review. My friends and I always plan things last second, so finding something fun to do on a busy summer weekend can be tough for procrastinators. We called SNTC at Friday at 10 AM asking for a last second favor, and they came through clutch. They showed us the most popular spots in Columbus, but also the spots that were for the locals. Highly highly recommend these guys for their flexibility and top treatment!

Took a Trolley from Short North to Franklinton and back with a group of 7 friends and had a blast! The hosts of the tour were amazing and even provided insight on what to do after the Trolley Ride. Absolutely would recommend this for groups of various sizes. Great way to see the city for locals and visitors!

Short North Trolley Co. is never not going to be fun. Find a group of your favorite weirdos and get your butts on the fun bus. Bar crawls are a time honored tradition practiced all over the world, and SNTC is my preferred method of practice in Columbus, OH. Pedal taverns are too much work. You know I'm right. The main man in charge J.B. is a delightful man passionate about showing others a good time, and his passions have culminated in a silly fun trolley adventure created only for you and your framily to get weird and have fun. A ride on the trolley is worth your time (and liver damage).

My friend and I both booked a BYOB Holiday Lights Tour with Short North Trolley for 12/23. The day of the event, we showed up at Land Grant within the 30 minute window and the trolley was not there, there was no communication as to if the event was canceled. So we both emailed the company for refunds. I did not get a response back. It has been over 2 weeks and the employees have not responded to my emails.I would be skeptical to purchase anything from this company. Also, for the very high price ($58+) for a 3-hour event that is BYOB, you would think that their customer service would be top notch.

My friend and I both booked a BYOB Holiday Lights Tour with Short North Trolley on 12/23. I had an immediate issue when I book and the wrong time came across on my ticket. When I reached out, after several emails and calls. I finally got a response that there were no events on that date. I then send them a copy of the posting on Eventbrite, with absolutely 0 response. I then proceeded to call and email several more times. When I finally reached someone by phone, they told me that they fixed the time on my ticket and all was well.Then the day of the event, my friend and I showed up at Land Grant and the trolley was not there, there was no communication as to if the event was canceled. So we both emailed the company for refunds. I did actually get a response back the refund was being processed. It has been over 2 weeks and I still do not have my refund, nor does my friend and the employees have no responded to emails and calls are never answered. Honestly, I am sure this is a great company to book private events through but anything that they are posting for public events I would be skeptical. Also, for the very high price for a 3-hour event that is BYOB, you would think that their customer service would at leave be average and not completely awful.

We were treated with disrespect when we booked with this company for a wedding. The wheelchair lift did not work, so my 78 year old grandmother could not join the family on the trolley. The driver was not courteous and was very rude to the bridal party.

Terrible service. Wheelchair lift didn't work. Had to pay for xtra Uber for older family member. Driver was rude. Owners were unfriendly and NOT customer focused. Would not recommend this company while in Columbus.
