Boba tea is amazing and so is the food! Me and my daughter may be slightly addicted to it lolMy daughter always gets the steak hibachi with white rice and it is amazing as is the shrimp pad Thai. In fact, everything we've had including the sushi is well above average. They will also make your sushi with soy paper if you request.

Visited Shogun with my mom recently. Upon arrival, we were immediately seated and given menus. Then our drink requests were taken. As an appetizer, we requested edamame. Then miso soup was provided, which had a tasty flavor. There weren't a lot of pictures of the food available, so I based my selection on the description. I requested sushi deluxe and my mom went with steak and shrimp hibachi. The edamame was steamed and salty - perfect. A while later, our meals were delivered. My sushi was just okay, nothing special. The California roll didn't have much flavor. I'll definitely request something else next time. My mom's hibachi was excellent. We'll be back.

We went to Shogun for my sister's birthday. We had a decent size group (12 of us) and had no trouble getting seated in their party room. The restaurant was very clean and conservatively decorated, which I liked. The hostess and server were very friendly and courteous. Our server made sure our drinks were full and checked back regularly.The timing of the food was...odd. We ordered appetizers and our meals at the same time. My son's chicken nuggets came out several minutes before his lo mein noodles and before any of our appetizers. This was followed up by plates that came in sporadically as though they only had one or two cooks for the entire restaurant.The appetizer we choose was the yum yum roll. I'm not a fan of crab myself so I'm going to differ to my wife who said it was really good. I tried the tuna sashimi, salmon sashimi and the eel sashimi and all three were delicious. As far as entrees go I had the steak and scallop hibachi with fried rice. The rice and steak were both a bit dry and forgettable. The scallops were slightly underdone but they were still good. This place runs about 2/3 of the price of a place like Fusion or Osaka, but it has smaller portion sizes and based off this one visit the food is not as good. I'm definitely going to give this one another chance at some point and I'd recommend trying it since the nearest similar restaurant is a 35 minute drive in either direction.

My go-to is typically the chicken curry which has a wonderful flavor and is large enough that I have leftovers for another delicious meal or two. We have also had the Hibachi and Pad Thai which is also good. The staff has been friendly and prompt, and soon after being seated each person is served a bowl of clear soup to quickly get things started. The pricing is also quite reasonable and it is more comparable to the cost of a fast food meal than to many restaurants of this caliber. With the whole covid thing going on, we have tried to be cautious in choosing when and where we dine out and thus avoid crowded and cramped places. While out on a Friday at dinnertime though we choose to go to Shogun where the booths were taller between adjoining seating, the tables had plenty of spacing from each other and the atmosphere wasn't really crowded at all (somewhat of a hidden gem).

I've gotten food poisoning the last two times I've eaten their food. I'm done! Sorry not sorry. The food taste great. It's just not worth it when you get so sick each time!

Roach infestation!!!! Steer away from this place. Me and my relatives came here for a bite after work, and the food was decent. Then we noticed that behind my great aunt was a roach. This needs to be taken up with the FDA. Steer clear of this restaurant when in the Cambridge area.

Food was great! I'm a vegetarian and ordered the tofu hibachi and the tofu was cooked perfectly the way I like it! My husband enjoyed his sushi and chicken hibachi as well.

I stopped in for lunch while down in the area. I was greeted warmly at the door and sat. My server was very attentive and friendly. I did order sushi - yum yum roll and the spicy tuna and let me say it was amazing! That yum yum roll is definitely a must try. If you don't know what to get then try this! The spicy tuna is for sure spicy and a bit more than I think normally it would have. Not that it was bad, just be sure you know it is spicy! I will come back again and highly recommend. The manager was super friendly and nice too. Tell her Jennifer sent ya!!
