Sharon Glen apartments may appear to be a nice apartment complex and physically it is. The problem lies in the management! I have tried to contact the leasing office multiple times over the span of three days. After three emails and five calls sent to voice mail i am completely fed up. I mean how hard is it to simply pick up a phone?! On top of it all the voice mail message is THE most unprofessional I've ever heard "sorry I missed your call, leave a message" what kind of respectable company has that as their voice mail message? Not one that will ever have my business, thats who! so get your s#%t together Sharron Glen

Property: 3 StarsMoved in and there is a heavy cat smell that is apparently coming from a hoarding neighbor. I have been told she has been given the notice to leave and will update accordingly when I see this come to fruition. Otherwise, property would be 4 stars. Had an issue with the alarm and also don't like the fact that WoW is the only cable/internet provider outside of satellite. But there's downsides everywhere.Management: 5 StarsLauren is perhaps the best apartment manager I've ever had. I do not say this lightly. She has been quick to answer and exceedingly polite in the midst of my continued communication with her regarding the aforementioned issues. When I broach the subject of an issue, it has always been resolved, or at least diagnosed/looked at, within 24 hours. Sad to see her go, apprehensive of the new management to come. Will update further if anything changes.
