Shannon's is one of the best family owned restaurants in the area. It has a very cozy feel & is very nice environment.Some things they excel in: *Food is priced at a decent price & the food is well worth the price.*Staff is attentive & very kind, both the owners work every day they are open & the owners are very down to earth & love to converse with their patrons.*They support other local and small businesses by selling items for them went the small businesses bring them in.Along with all that they make in-house desserts frequently that are amazing, they are well known for their sweet potato salad side that they have in rotation frequently, & they have a rotating lunch special that is always wonderful. They also serve food for people to eat during the time of lent & other some other types of religious times where some may not be able to eat things they would normally be able too.I highly recommend going in & trying them out but before you go make sure to check the facebook page because that is where they post the lunch specials, desserts, events, & when the dinner will be closed. Since they are family owned when they are sick or if something happens they may be closed on a day that they would normally be opened.

Great staff and foodWe were passing through town and stopped here for breakfast. They have an all day breakfast and lunch menu. Good mix of items and all homemade. We tried the belt(blt with egg) and the big red platter which was a large portion of food. Great prices!

Love the owners and staff! Food is always amazing but get there early or no gravy for you.

Good down home cooking. Very friendly staff. Very close to Sheridan Schools. The fried bologna and Ruben burger were on point.

This is my second visit to this diner. The owners and staff are friendly, the diner is clean, the food is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the people are friendly. If you haven't tried this place, you are missing out. I am not sure what more you could want in a diner. This is a place that we need to support as a community!

Great menu, great food, super friendly staff! My wife and I have been here several times and we love their breakfast and lunch menus. They have amazing home made sausage gravy and biscuits and I've had almost everything from their menu and always had a great meal.

Love finding local joints and Shannon's doesn't disappoint. As mentioned by others, staff, food, prices, cleanliness are all tops. My new favorite place in the area.
