Shake Shack

Came here for a late lunch after working the yard. It was close to 3pm so it's not busy but whoever did the burgers burned it. Too hungry to complain but it just make you not wanna come back!

I am excited that there is another shake shack location opened at Polaris area. The store was clean & organized, and the service was great! My husband and I got the black truffle burger and Shroom burger along with fries and chicken bites. The food was good! The new black truffle burger was juicy and flavorful~ the fries was hot and crispy~ but I think overall it was a little pricey for the food portion.

I had the truffle burger and garlic fries. I found the fries to be very good, but nothing special. The burger was a big disappointment. Not very flavorful and the patty was small. For the price 5 Guys is a better value; never thought I'd say those words. I'll try other things on the menu to see if I like them better. This isn't someplace I am likely to visit often.

We ordered a cheese burger, hot dog, order of fries and 2 milkshakes. Cost was $31.00+.There was absolutely nothing special about the food whatsoever. Overpriced is all I can say about the lack of value.After getting home, I felt bloated and extremely uncomfortable. I'll never return.

Stopped around 3pm. Completely underwhelmed is an overstatement. The $6 hamburger is slightly bigger than the small burgers at Wendy's included in the 4 for $4 pack and no better. We had to ask for new fries as there were quite cold. Nothing special about ordinary frozen fries you can buy at any grocery store. Even the shake was mediocre. Certainly not a $32 meal for two people and we both left hungry! And the restaurant was filthy. Lots of napkins and salt and pepper packets on the floors. An employee came to push chairs in and stepped on napkins on the floor and left them there and left trash on the seats. Definitely will not return!

I must say they have a good marketing team, however the food fell short. I ordered a chicken sandwich, regular fries and a lemonade. The chicken sandwich was decent but it was not hot, I can also add the fries were not fresh those were also cold I can tell it had been sitting there for awhile. I had asked for an order of fresh fries only for the gal to turn around to grab an already set fries on the counter to be presented with another batch of room temperature fries. I gave up in asking. The house lemonade was watered down. Highly disappointed in food quality for the price I paid for two orders $35. Your better off going to five guys hamburger for fresh hot food.
