Shake Shack Short North

Food was absolutely amazing, & the service was awesome! Highly recommend shake shack!

Giving Shake Shack another chance at a different location closer to home. Stopped in for a to-go order. I can't score above a 3 because I just feel these locations need to train the young people who are working the front customer facing positions need to receive training on basic customer service skills like smiling and greeting the customer. The potential is there, they just need more coaching.As for the burger and fries, they were delicious and spot on. They really hit the spot on the cold winter day.

Came here because they had a Korean burger, and I love Korean food, and even though I was not at all impressed by the Easton location I figured I'd give them another chance. Burger was good not great. Small, almost no Koreanish flavor till I got to the dollop of sauce in the middle. Overpriced.And the whole experience was less than pleasant. Got the burger, a lemonade, and ate there. Well, I tried to eat. Music was way too loud. I'm too old I guess. Empty on a weekday, and it was cranked like it would be on a Saturday night. Cold inside. I had to leave my coat on. I fixed those problems by going to the next-door hotel, you have to walk that way anyway, because Shake Shack's door is broken. There are big tables over there, and a much more pleasant environment. Plus, the seats in Shake Shack are uncomfortable. The tables are very basic, and the booths are simply too tight. These old legs don't bend enough to get in there, and everything is bolted down.I dunno, it's a good burger, but not good enough to go out of my way for, and be uncomfortable, and pay extra for, and deal with Short North parking. Pass.

This is an excellent shake shack. I had 20 minutes between meetings so I ordered on the app and walked 6 minutes to shake shack. A fresh hot burger was ready right as I walked in and I ate it on the walk home to be on time for my meeting. I've been here at least 10 times and it's consistently fresh, fast and delicious. Recommended for a burger craving

I really like Shake Shack and decided to stop here while in downtown area. SUPER disappointed!!!! I was excited to try to Korean chicken sandwich and got a single burger with fries.......took about 3 bites of burger and felt nauseous for some reason. Oh yeah, cold fries. But I was looking forward to enjoying the chicken sandwich later for dinner. I didn't even bother. This looks NOTHING like the picture and thrown together haphazardly.......I'm thinking it was the location, which I will NEVER go to again. Strangely, after ordering I saw three staff in the back looking at me, giggling and acting weird. To the point, I asked if something was wrong....i was so confused.

Walked to Shake Shack after a long day of being out in the Short North. We ordered at a kiosk, and our name was called when our food was ready. We had a large group with us, but the food came out in a timely manner. I got a chicken sandwich and fries, and it was sooo crispy and delicious. There was amble seating inside, so we ate at the restaurant. Looking forward to coming again!

Ordering was a pain. Half the terminals didn't work. We had a line of people trying to order. The place was clean with the exception of a big bucket in the walkway due to a leak. My food was great! The staff was solid.

Ordered takeout food came fast and it was warmDefinitely recommended the cheeseburger

Shake shack is really quick and will always get the avocado chicken sandwich every time I go to be honest I would say they are really fast at making and giving you you're food never waiting too long props to the fast service and nice employees

First time trying this place. Food received, Burgers were not cooked all the way. Very Disappointed.
