the condiments were spilled everywhere! slow service but no one was in the building, good food not worth the wait.

This establishment is the most impressive for being "fast food." The insides are so clean, and the environment is fun! There is lots of seating and decoration, plus the music is a reasonable setting.I wish the cashier was friendlier. She seemed so annoyed to have to take our order, and it made me uncomfortable. Out food came out quickly though! The older woman who brought us our food was so cute and sweet. She was doing a great job running trays and keeping the lobby clean and tidy. Wish they wore name tags so we could give her a proper shout-out. My burger was prettt small but very delicious. The bun, I don't know how they do it but it's so buttery and soft!!! The burger had such a great, fresh taste. It's expensive, but worth it.

I'm rating the non existent service while we watched some staff leaning their butts on the prep tables without even acknowledging the line of people waiting. We had an issue with the kiosk and it prompted us to go back to the counter and big surprise- staff acted like they were bothered. I related the service to the probability of the food quality and promptly walked out. Best decision I made all week!

The service here was quick, friendly and the self ordering system works decently well. The real star is the burger... it really does live up to the hype. For less than $7, it's one of the best. Just simple ingredients going a long way!

I decided to try Shake ShackNice "fast food" restaurant. Very neat and clean inside and out!I got a single cheeseburger with onio, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. They provide the mustard and ketchup packets. Nice looking burger and I really liked the texture and taste. No spices that I could taste. It was very palatable. The VIENNA (Chicago brand) hot dog was sliced down the center. It was "par charred" and longer than a normal dog. It has the subtle "snap". It comes plain. You have to tell them the toppings. Again the mustard and ketchup packets are provided.The crinkle cheese fries, I did not car for them. I'm looking for Culver's quality. Didn't happen. The chicken nuggets were ok. They were a step above McDonald's and a step below Chick-fil-A. They honey mustard was the same rank. In conclusion I will go again for the burger and maybe a dog. They drinks look really good. I will try one of those next time.

Must've forgotten to write a review. I've been to this location a couple times now. It's nice to have a location in this area. The only other neighborhoods it was in before were Polaris and Short North. They have a drive thru and the parking lot doesn't have many spots but I've never had trouble finding parking in the evenings.Their menu, in my opinion, is a lot better than In-N-Out. More options for sure. And it's nice that the basic shack burger is already fully dressed with lettuce and tomato. It's pricier than In-N-Out and probably pricier than just going to McDonald's, but it tastes like it's pretty decent quality. The fries are good too. Not overly salted and if you can't do salt, there is an option to remove it.I've always ordered online for pick up but you can also order on the touch screens inside the restaurant.They've done a Hot Ones collab where they let you try the Last Dab and spicy fries. Hope they do more collabs!

I've stopped a few times now, and the burgers and fries are pretty good for drive through. It's just way too expensive. Nearly $20 for a double, fries, and a drink. For that price, I can get a much better burger, fries, and a beer at my locally owned pub. It's also a little slow for a drive through.

The name should be "best burger ever" The bun is fresh soft and homemade like. The burger has a delicious seasoning, love the crusty edges. Bring more to Ohio.

The burgers were tasty and well cooked. The smokehouse burger was a favorite. The fries were crispy and hot. I would come back and recommend it

The last three times I ate at this restaurant they have messed my order up. They don't give you all your order or they leave things out. If you ask for ketchup, even at the window, they don't give it to you.
