Sephora

Very frustrated with Sephora inside JCP in the River Valley Mall. I buy most of my make up here, I have purchased several Kat Von D make up concealers and the last three the applicator on the end has broke off, rendering it useless. I took two of them in only wanting to exchange and was refused, when you pay $27 for something and it's cheaply made it angers me. Cover girl which is a third the price has never had that issue. Sephora sell better products and take care of your loyal customers. I am done with this store!

I have to express that I was beyond impressed with the service from Liz upon walking into this remote location. She was attentive without being invasive, precise with her recommendations, and wasn't pushy about making high sales. I walked out of there more than pleased and hopefully she'll be there next time I go in for some great advice and guidance!!!
