Best mandu I have had in Columbus so far! Had the pork mandu and could tell it was fresh and authentic. I would go back and try everything there. First time at the Little Grand and great energy and foot traffic. Friendly and upbeat staff. Will be back!

Saw this online, some pix of drool-worthy food, and I love Korean food, so I had to get here. Was semi-close today so shot over. Small stand in Bubbly Hall. Super friendly service. Interesting menu, lots of tteokbokki, a few other things. I got the bulgogi tteokbokki, pretty much a soup with a few veggies too. Comes with a big side of rice to mix in. And I got the pork meatballs, which come on rice and have a little salad mixed in. Both were great. I got spicy for the gogi tteok, and it built slowly to a moderate heat. Lots of good flavors and textures going on in there. The meatballs were good too- perfectly cooked, and flavorful. Full enough when I left, though an entree and side didn't stuff me, and they were pretty darn expensive. Plus no soft drinks, so I got a K-pop latte which was small and also super expensive. Get a water, or a pop at another stand. Four or even 4.5 stars for the food, but some off for high prices. Maybe not worth a trip out here from the heart of Columbus, but if you are nearby definitely stop in.

A stall in the newest food hall in Columbus, I noticed on SFOTG's menu they have Kimbap. Since learning it's the Korean take on sushi, my friend and I decided to split their Beef Bulgogi Kimbap. I'm sure this dish can be wonderful, depending on preparation methods and ingredients used. Our roll was tightly wrapped in seaweed, so everything held together nicely; on the down side, the seaweed was kind of tough and made eating the softer inners kind of an awkward pairing. And the roll, with the beef wrapped in, had no real taste and on the dry side with no sweet soy sauce that's ubiquitous with bulgogi dishes. I was glad I was able to try the dish, but probably wouldn't get it again. The gentleman manning the front was friendly and polite, and I like that rolls are made fresh to order from this stall. There were other rice bowl options and dumplings on their menu that looked good, so I'll keep that in mind for later visits.

We had Seoul food delivered for lunch last Friday. Started off with a potato hotdog. The sugar coat is not my favorite but it's fried to perfection and the cheesy center is awesome. I had a bulgogi beef kimbap bowl. I didn't get the spicy sauce I ordered but that is okay for the food made up for the lack of sauce. Everything was FRESH & APPETIZING. A Korean food MUST TRY! I have to try more dishes from here.

Delicious food, quick service, cool vibes. My sister and I grabbed lunch here. We split a Korean hot dog, bulgogi meatballs with tteokbokki, and chicken mandu. Across the board, everything was delicious and the portions were generous. Service was quick , too. Plus, the owner came out and asked if we were satisfied and thanked us for our purchase. I will definitely be back because I want to try the fried tteokbokki next!

I stopped by this stall in the new Bubbly Food Hall about a month ago. I've been wanting to try tteokbokki for a long time and was thrilled to see this as an option since I live nearby. I had the jjajang (Korean black bean) rice cakes on this visit. I am not huge on spice and saw these were non-spicy. While they may have not had much heat, they had a ton of flavor. There was a great savory but also sweetness to these rice cakes and they had a nice chew. The only thing that would have made these better would be a thicker sauce. It was a bit on the thin side and I had trouble getting the sauce to stick to the cakes instead of sliding off. Since I went so early in the opening this may change eventually or may already have. I also wanted to mention that they have a great range of Korean sodas and I really loved the melon one I had, but I will warn you they are very sweet.

I guess it's my fault but I assumed the bulgogi tteokbokki would be like bulgogi but instead of rice, the rice cakes. Wrong. It's really soupy. Like the rice cakes are floating in broth. The broth is sweet and doesn't have a ton of flavor. And it was served to us with a fork. So the rice cakes and beef had literally no flavor and we couldn't eat the broth (no spoon). There were also some noodles but I couldn't decide if that was a mistake because there were so few. Would not get again.

On our first visit to the food hall I decided to try out this restaurant on a recommendation. I'm a sucker for beef bulgogi and this did not disappoint. The broth was tasty and the beef was tender and marinated beautifully. The rice cakes/noodles were a nice touch and really soaked up all the flavor from the broth. Also, the gentleman at the stand, likely the owner, was so incredibly nice. He asked my name and I told him and we got off on a tangent regarding its origin and meaning. While I was eating, he stopped by to ask how it was, which was super nice. All in all, would recommend.
