Scioto Valley Coffee

Nice local coffee shop. We stopped here during a long cross country trip after visiting extended family. It took longer than expected to get our food items and the bagels weren't as good as Bruegger's but it was definitely better than Starbucks. Would come here again!

Serving up crimson cup coffee beans, this small town local coffee shop can't be missed. If doing North or South on Route 23 via Columbus, pull off the Downtown Circleville exit and stop at Scioto Valley Coffee. (They have a Drive-Thu, street parking, and a private parking lot) I ordered the Iced Vanilla Latte. It was perfect. Partner ordered a Frozen Mocha w/ whipped cream. They fancied up the cup with some extra mocha. Staff on Saturday were the real baristas!! They took the time to get our order right, but also chat with us. That's what I love most about small-town coffee shops! The genuine people working.

Scioto Valley Coffee is the best in Circleville. It's one of the only coffee place that's not fast food. There's a few sit down restaurants but the coffee there is nothing special. It has pretty good prices compared to others. There's lots of space inside for groups and parties. It's one of the nicest places in the area. It has a fireplace in the middle of the cafe. There's a big coffee cup in front of it. A lot of people use the drive thru, but you should check out the inside. There's an upstairs area if you need more privacy. I had a latte with almond milk. It's about $3.50 for the regular size. The coffee is Crimson Cup, which is popular in Ohio. It also has some sweet breakfast items. There's a few that are gluten free, and sometimes some are vegan. It seems most customers are in a hurry. The drive thru gets pretty busy. The inside is usually quiet unless there's a party.

This is the Starbucks meets Ohio with a twist of old school coffee shop. Coffe is always perfect and the buckeye blast is awesome.

We are a family of 5 and ordered drinks for all of us in the drive thru. When I requested to add 5 sandwiches, a different female voice came upon the intercom and she said, "Did you say five? This is getting to be a long order, you're going to have to come inside." When does a drive through have limitations? Her lack of tactfulness is what made this experience bad. This happened at 9:45am on Friday 3June22. Right after her jaw dropping statements, our 9 & 7 year olds said that she was rude. If a child can see that, than you know very well she was rude. What happened to customer service? How to fix this? Teaching tactful ways to handle a similar situation. For example: Could you please pull forward and park (after paying) we will bring this out to you. Going above basic service will get a repetitive customer, bad service can lose some revenue.

Best coffee! If you have a choice between here and Starbucks, this place is a clear winner.

Stopped here passing through and was greeted by extremely friendly staff, very quick service, and fantastic coffee. 100% recommend.
