School of Rock

My teenager son enrolled at SOR in Dublin about 18 months ago, with very little previous music instruction. Since then, he has performed at 5 whole school performances and a handful of smaller group gigs. He has learned enough bass guitar skills to pick up additional songs by himself, at home. He was inspired to try singing, as well as electric and accoustic guitars, drums, and keyboard. His self confidence has increased, as well as his ability to work with a large group of peers.The staff at SOR Dublin is, in my opinion, stellar. I couldn't be more pleased with my son's progress.

My son loves playing the drums at School Of Rock! Ben is a wonderful instructor and my son has enjoyed going to all of his lessons. The staff is helpful and friendly, they always make sure that the clients are learning to their full potential. I can't wait for my son to join one of SOR's bands!

I have two kids in school of rock Dublin. Girl 14 and boy 10. We have taken lessons for the past school year. They learning drums, guitar, keyboard, singing. Had two concerts already. Love the program. Love the staff and teacher. Kids usually can't wait till the next lesson...

My seventh grade son started learning guitar at School of Rock about six months ago and it has been an incredible experience. He had never played guitar and three months later he was playing TheWho with six other boys his age with varying skill levels. They were amazing. He had started friendships with kids they share the same passion for music. He gets to learn music that is played on the radio and is popular but exposed him to new styles and artists. I would recommend this for kids who are wild about music. Life changing!

A great place for kids to learn in a supportive and friendly environment. Would highly recommend to anyone of any skill level.

The accessibility of the songs chosen for the kids to learn is great--high-energy, and very relatable. The staff is fun and approachable, and they clearly know their stuff.

You can't trust a place that won't quote you prices over the phone or via email. They make you come in for a tour and use the hard sell technique. We refused the tour based on their lack of being transparent regarding their pricing.

I love that the Rookies program allows experience with multiple instruments and basic concepts of rhythm, reading notes, and music comprehension. My son has SO much fun. Not much holds his attention for long, but he looks forward to SOR every week.
