Schneider's Bakery

Schneider's is hands down the best doughnut shop in cbus. They have the history, the great service but most importantly they have the recipes of over 50 years of fantastic doughnuts. I've been cooking here for years and their consistent quality is unreal. They never have an off day.

I enjoyed trying different donuts from this place. Each one that I tried was delicious. We got chocolate glazed, cinnamon powdered donuts, a cinnamon roll, apple fritter, and regular glazed.Something about their classic glazed donut was addicting, it was light & fluffy and sweet but not too sweet.I will be back a few times a month. I would have given 5 stars but the staff didn't seem friendly...

Some time ago we ordered a cake from Schneider's to pick up on a Saturday (with the date and time indicated) a week and a half ahead of time only to find that when we went to pick it up they never made it! So we had to choose something that wasn't what we really wanted. We showed them the date it was ordered for, we were correct, they weren't and didn't even seem sorry about it! One week later I received a call from them telling me I needed to come and pick up my cake that was ready for that day! I told them sorry but that was supposed to be for the week before yet they still wanted to know if I was going to pick up this one. FAT CHANCE! I told them they could have their cake and eat it too!

Schneiders is absolutely amazing! I've had their donuts before and they were good, but when we ordered 4 dozen for a work baby shower, they went above and beyond!! The employees and staff are super friendly, creative, and helpful. This place has the nicest staff and the easiest process for placing orders. Not only that, but the goodies are to die for- my mouth is watering while thinking about it!

Donuts are delicious and the brownies are moist and fudgy. Great little gem in Dayton-Springfield area.

Make sure you talk to them when picking up your cake or you will get a lot of pushback before they make it right. The cakes are delicious however, this one is not up to par for a 40 year celebration. We were disappointed with the cake and the customer service although they made it right after pictures and 3 phone calls.

Somehow I had not reviewed this. Been coming for years, sometimes right when they open. Today was a Saturday around 10, and it wasn't crazy busy but steady. Still plenty of items left. I wanted half a dozen. I got one, a cream cheese-filled puff pastry. It was great. Baby K got donut holes, my mom got a couple things. Everything was good. Staff were friendly and efficient. It's a small place, but they do lots of things- cookies, donuts, cakes, and more. Prices are very reasonable. It's good stuff, at a local landmark. Get here.

Schneider's is the best. Doughnuts for 40 years - since childhood - and after living in five different states, these are still the best.

Just yummy yummy yummy local legend! You won't find anything not freshly made! Friendly staff. Wide variety of donuts, pastries and cookies. Beautiful cakes made-to-order.
