Schirm Farms Apartments

This is a wonderful place to live! The apparent was renovated and freshly painted when we went to move in. The staff are friendly and always willing to help you out anyway they can. The Maintainance crew are extremely friendly they take their shoes off at the door, and due to COVID-19 they always wear a mask, they are friendly with our pets and children. The pool is amazing and the residents who frequent it are kind.

I came in July 2014 just as management switched. It was a rocky start but that's understandable. Great maintenance staff and so far (called twice) have been quick and fixed the problem the same day. Rent is more expensive though.

Constantly looking at overflow of a dump site for outsiders. Range hood is cheap and washer can only handle small loads. Love the location and office personal but the quality of appliances is very cheap.

God awful management and office. Fed up and sick of this company over charging and not answering their damn phones. Maintenance sucks too. Save yourself the trouble and move into your nearest trailer park.

Do not Rent from this place! They will not return your deposit. Robin Blagg the previous manager agreed that a mistake was made not returning all of my deposit. New manager Casey Foster basic response check is in the mail. Emailed/called Corporate 321-924-1600 several times no response. Its pretty bad this company is willing to steal from a disabled VET/Senior on a limited income. If your having the same problem email me @ [email protected]

Don't move here. Apartments are small and way overpriced. Company is money hungry and doesn't care about its residents. Even in a pandemic.

I love my apartment and the community! The staff is awesome and my issues are resolved within 2 days!
