Sawmill Crossing

Sawmill crossing has the worst park my car has been hit multiple times . someone vomited the elevator and it took 3day for it to be cleaned up . They continue to add on to my rent with cam ,pet charges . I am done I cannot stay here it's nasty and my hall smells like trash all time .

Reasons to NEVER live here1. No guest parking. I live here and they will tow your car for fun, guest spot or not2. Hidden fees $300 electric bill (Ohio is one of the only states that allows sub metering) 3. They don't pick up trash a charge you for it multiple times. I got a sign on my door that said they would charge the whole building $50 a bag of trash or dog waste left out. I don't own a dog...4. Rude management and staff. It's clear the company doesn't care and you won't want to get ahold of anyone if even possible5. No way to move groceries inside the building6. Rats/Roaches (probably from the trash they don't pick up and charge you twice for)7. I waited 6 month for a mailbox key8. They installed Hardwood only on the first floor to trick new visitors. Upstairs it's old carpet. At least pay the money to have it finished lol9. Did I mention they tow your car if you argue with them at the leasing office? It's funny. It's like you live somewhere and you go to work in the morning but you don't have a car. Gotcha! I wish I could give this place no stars

if you are looking for a nice place to live you have come to the wrong apartment complex. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, rarely do they actually do their job. THEY CHARGE YOU OVER $50 EXTRA EVERY MONTH TO THE WHOLE BUILDING (attached and photo). Then they say it's because the trash was not disposed of probably even if it was. MIND YOU YOU PAY MONTHLY ALREADY FOR THEM TO CLEAN AND KEEP UP WITH THE TRASH. You better hope nothing starts leaking or breaks because only god knows if maintenance will you ever get to you. You're lucky if they come within 3 months. Are you planing to move in and actually have a working mail box?!! Well sucks to be you the office needs to take there 3 hour breaks for 2 months before you can get mail. Absolutely disgusting and out right terrible management‍. The staff always have attitudes and never any respect. Safe yourself the headaches and your pockets and just move anywhere else. Oh and make sure you don't ever have any friends over, they tow cars every 2 hours if you don't have a sticker. Almost like they make money towing cars.

Reasons you should never live here under any circumstance.* No parking for visitors. friends and family can take a hike because they tow every day all day and the surrounding stores will tow as well. guest parking has shrunk to 6 available spots which residents park in. (I mean it kiss your partner goodbye)* Charges for EVERYTHING. Every resident gets charged $50 per pile of dog poop (even if you have no animal). You pay $50 for trash and then get billed extra an $50 for every time they pick up trash.* Sub metered electric bill. Expect around 340$ bill (like a house)* Extremely Rude/Lazy staff and management.* No Mail. Hope you don't like mail keys because it took me 6 months to get my mail key.* Fire Alarms are sensitive and go off randomly at night. * Your apartment may be flooded due to the sprinkler systems (seen it happen) and you will have to evacuate constantly at 2:00 am or so* No upkeep (don't be fooled by the example building they take you too.* Roaches (need I say more?)It's like being in prison only your paying to be in prison

there's genuinely no good reason to EVER move here. they're cheap apartments with insane rent and random charges. when we moved in one bedroom door did not close, there was no microwave as promised (they still have yet to come and put one in after 6 months) the cabinets were uneven and did not close, mold in the bathrooms, the fans in the bathrooms do not work, the cut off from the kitchen to the living room carpet can cut your feet if you're not careful, the windows arent insulated properly and do not lock, there is little to no parking for tenants and basically no visitor parking, there's dog shit and trash everywhere in the yards and no one changes the bags for the dog trash can, one of the door code locks stopped working and no one's bothered to fix it, the hallways are not kept whatsoever, it's ALWAYS DISGUSTING. the front desk staff are rude and never in when they're supposed to be nor do they pick up the phone. genuinely the only decent thing about this place are two of the maintenance men.take it from someone who made the mistake of living here and save your money.

Absolutely no visitor parking. My car got towed in the "visitor lot" in under 24 hours and was charged 160 dollars. My partners lease map shows the entire right side of the back buildings was guest parking but yet I still got towed in an area I was told not only on the visit in person but we have paper proof that it was allowed to have guest parking there :) Absolutely terrible management and terrible communication. Also, don't ever expect mail because you won't get it unless via Amazon.

Sawmill Crossing is the worst place I have ever live! They deserve zero stars! They charge for everything and anything and change the charges frequently. They have a serious trash problem and roach problem. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! You can find a nice place for cheaper. They are unethical, immoral, shady as hell with all these extra charges each month. Don't take my word for it look at the photos and letters from them! Also, my apartment has flooded multiple times! They say it's the residents fault about the trash... it's not if it's full and you don't empty there is nowhere to put trash! Also, in the lease it states it's the community responsibility to keep the outside clean which they clearly don't AND they charge residents extra for trash and don't clean it up! They are liars, terrible people who treat their residents like cash cows, not actual people. Shame on you!!!

do not move here!!! they have a roach problem. they charge you for every little thing. some of the people in the office are really nice but some of them are immoral and just want your money. there's dog poop everywher!!! you can't even walk in the grass. maintenance takes forever to fix things. the trash is disgusting. I've been here 3 years I can't wait to move.

Horrible when it comes to maitenence or fixing any problem, limited parking spots so if you work late expect to either park very far or at Burlington, they let the trash pile up and stays changing common area fees

Interesting that I try for weeks to communicate with the leasing office with no sucess, but the minute I post to Yelp! Sawmill Crossing management is so ready to make things right... I've attempted on multiple occasions to speak with someone in the office. The sad fact here is the minute my review went up, they wanted to look helpful. NONE of my emails or phone calls/messages have been answered over the past two weeks and they can no longer hide behind Covid-19 for their lack of response.
