Sam's Bar Lewis Center

Tall female bartender is rude. Disturbed my friend and I regarding her own personal issues outside while smoking. Cigarette. Super snarky when asking how much a pour of a certain bourbon is. Her exact reply "why does it matter, you're here to drink"Not sure how this place is still in business.

Kind of a cool little dive bar right off 23 in Lewis Center. For a small little hole in the wall place and had a decent selection of beer and spirits. Parking area was OK and they had a band set up outside the bar for a benefit run for cancer. It was a pretty good time actually my first time there in like 20 years. Bathrooms were clean and they have a couple pool tables if you feel like shooting some pool. And the staff was very nice. Will be back here again in the future.

This place is a gem. I almost don't want to review it so not to 'let people in on it'. Good drinks, good people, pool tables, great patio. Electronic dart board that actually is very sweet. Love checking out the permanent marker tags all over the walls and ceilings. Just an awesome chill place to hang and drink. For sure my new go-to.

Love a good dive bar but the tall female bartender was sooo incredibly rude and unfriendly that she ruined our afternoon out. Hadn't been in for a while and was really disappointed.

Nice local pub feel. Customer base there seems friendly.Down side, each time I go there I order the same drink and have never been charged the same price. The bartender just makes up a price. I won't frequent this establishment until they have set prices on a drink menu.

Always have a good time at Sam's. 4 stars because of a couple of small issues I've had but the device and people are great.

Been a couple times since new ownership. one bartender (Kia) will overly charge you then proceed to tell you she runs the business. I had 4 drinks and my bill was almost 200$ when I confronted her about it she made a huge scene and told me over and over that she ran the business but never gave me an explanation on why I paid for more than 4 drinks. This has happened multiple times when she's bartending. Not just by me but others as well have said the same and won't go back.
