Liked the employees and the Flames. It's was so entertaining to watch the chef cook in front of you. Food cooked in the Grill. Nice service. I ate so much. Also Cook was so fun. RECOMMEND 9.11/10

Great service and good food. This is our go to lately because they'll do hi a hi for your party instead of waiting for the table to fill. There were only three of us and we got a table to ourselves. The ambience is quieter, making it easy to have conversation and hear.

I had my birthday dinner here with a group of friends. We found out at our table from other patrons that this used to be another Japanese steakhouse and was converted to Sakura recently. The interior looked really nice and updated. You could tell the paint was fresh on the walls and the grills all looked nice and clean. I had the chicken hibachi with fried rice and added noodles as well. Every part of the meal was really enjoyable! The fried rice only had scrambled eggs in it and could use some vegetables. Beyond that, foodwise I have no complaints. I was really glad I ordered the noodles as they were one of my favorite parts of the meal. The vegetables and chicken were well cooked and seasoned and you get a large portion. One thing I didn't love, and this is kind of nitpicky, is that the sauce dishes for the yum yum and ginger and connected. So if you have one side with each sauce you couldn't really pick it up and dump it on top of your rice or any other part of your meal. I felt like I was wasting a lot of sauce because I couldn't get it out with my fork. The sauces themselves were really delicious though and they kindly gave me some to take home with my leftovers. The chef who made our meal had some fun schticks as they do and I thought he did a great job. I am happy to see this new location and would love to come back in the future.

Tried this spot for the first time last night. I had nigiri to start and it was super fresh and delicious. I followed that with the filet and shrimp hibachi. It came with mushroom soup and a salad with ginger dressing. All of it was fantastic! The filet was cooked perfectly and the creamy ginger dressing was the perfect compliment to the simple salad. On top of the food, the service was great! Very friendly staff and the food came out quickly. I will definitely try this again!

This is a super strong 4 star. I love their sushi and have never been disappointed. The price is fair, the service is quick. It's almost never busy here which leads to rapid service. I only leave room for improvement in that I've never been "wowed" by my food. Everything is exactly how you want it to be for the ole sushi hibachi mix. I'd for sure recommend this place!

Our first time here tonight on Friday February 28th, 2025 5pm with 4 adults and a 3 year old celebrating my Son's 45th Birthday and we were all thrilled with the entire experience! All employees were very welcoming to us and and stated that they appreciated our business. Drinks were great and not the usual fluff drinks with mostly juice and ice. The bartender also took our food order. Our chef was delightful and prepared our food perfectly while entertaining us as well. To top it off the bartender brought my Son a bowl of chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate sauce and a candle without us requesting it and initiated singing Happy Birthday. They did not charge for the ice cream. A delightful experience with huge portions of food prepared as we requested and lots of leftovers. Thanks to all of at Sakura Hilliard! We'll be back!.

After waiting a long time to visit Sakura, I was so disappointed. My filet mignon was supposed to be medium and it was cooked well done along with the lobster and fried rice. The fried rice was crunchy! Just over cooked all the way around. Tasted burnt!! I will say this is usually not the case. However, it'll be a long while before or if I return.

This was a great location for our anniversary dinner. Early evening on a Wednesday was the best time as we had the place to ourselves. Food and service were great and we'll definitely be back. My wife had the sushi and said it was good and my son and I had hibachi chicken and steak. Also, our son enjoyed trying new foods and taking part in the "show".
