I had heard this place is really good. And their meats are from a local farm so it's pricy for a reason.I had ordered the Reuben sandwich and got the Italian grinder for my sister. The food does take a minute as it's made to order. I looked at their refrigerated section and at the hot sauces while waiting. It took maybe 10 ish minutes. The meat in it is delicious! But I agree with others that it felt like too much bread and like the meat was skimpy. As I said, it's locally produced so it's prob very expensive to produce anyway. But I did wish it had more in it. My Reuben had pork belly and it was just one thick slab. I kinda wished they had sliced it smaller so it was easier to bite into and chew. It wasn't dry though. My sister liked her sandwich too. Really flavorful and not salty! It came with Utz chips which we enjoyed since it's not that salty either.Service was good. The woman at the counter told me the two sandwiches were her favorites from the menu. A good sign! I really had no idea they sold food you could eat. I thought it was simply a butchery. It's a bit pricey but it's not a bad option.

I got the Grinder sub and was extremely disappointed. The bread was stale/hard Al the way through and almost inedible. Giving three stars because my husband got the Meatball sub and he liked it & said it was pretty good. I wouldn't order from here again though personally.

A $15 hamburger should be amazing. The butcher burger was SUCH a let down. The beef patty was very thin, dry, and salty as heck. I mean salty to the point of being inedible. It should have come with a high sodium warning sticker. How does a butcher shop mess up a burger? The french fries, on the other hand, were some of the best I have ever had. Ironically, they were perfectly seasoned with some kind of magical fry dust. Service was grumpy. This will be a one and done for me.

The Saddleberk Restaurant is attached to their butcher shop within the Bridge Park North Market.I got the Meatball Sub. Love the basil pesto adding a different layer of flavor along with the marinara sauce.

As someone who is always on the quest for good fries, I had to check this place out once I got word of how good they are. I'm a sucker for a battered fry, a seasoned fry, and a crinkle cut fry individually. Saddleberk has taken the best of all three worlds and created possibly the best fry ever. They are crispy and light with a really good seasoning. The basket I got also came with their ranch which is amazing. I didn't try any of the other foods, but I've heard good things about their chicken sandwich and burger. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu. Side Note: They also have a side of fries which I didn't see and panic ordered the basket, but it was a happy accident.

I tried this place out twice now from a recommendation I got from another vendor at the Dublin North Market. The first time I got the burger without any lettuce or tomato or anything. I thought it was really good and particularly enjoyed the special sauce. The patty could have been a bit bigger because I got some bites of just bun and sauce. The second time I tried the chicken sandwich and this is the winner hands down. So crispy and delicious. However they put ranch on top and bottom which for me was a bit too much. The best thing here is the fries which are waffle and battered. I do want to mention that I think charging $4 to go from chips to fries is pretty steep, I think $2 is more fair but that's just me. This is my favorite of the stalls at the market as of now!

Food was really good but if you only try one thing try the pimento bacon fries. Menu could be a little clear
