Horrible company. Do NOT rent from them. The house was in a horrible condition and many aspects of it need to be redone. The water bill was hundreds of dollars over what it should have been and they were unwilling to discuss or check it. All the windows had been painted over, rendering them unopenable. The insulation in the house needs to be replaced and so you end up with extremely high bills in the winter and summer because some of the windows and doors have a huge gap at the bottom and let in air. They come into your house way more frequently than they should be. They won't return emails. The house is extremely overpriced for what you get. Overall... just a terrible place to rent from, would never do it again.

The worst realtors I've ever dealt with in 30+ years. Withheld $965 of my daughters deposit for nonsense. No A/C in the building until the last month of summer. Blamed her for sewage caused by vandalism on the first floor when the damage had been there easily weeks. Day one the issue was known. Zollars and company are absolute crooks. Run away unless you want to be ripped off and not get the service required by a reasonable landlord or slumlord in this case!
